Pros:

Un service exceptionnel
Une chambre d’hôtel magnifique avec des enfants
Simple et rapide pour accéder dans le centre de Parme à pied et d’en sortir ensuite en voiture.

Cons:

Nous sommes allés au restaurant le soir avec les enfants - malheureusement le service était très long.
En revanche la cuisine très bonne.
