Super hotel! We'll be happy to come back!
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with a fantastic location and exceptional service! A special thank you to the hotel concierge. They went above and beyond! The concierge helped us buy tickets to Andrea Bocelli's concert in Venice on the same day of the concert. All tickets had been sold out months ago. Only thanks to the hotel concierge's direct contact were we able to see and hear this magical concert by the great master! Thank you again, you are the best!

Cons:

Drinking water is a constant problem! There are always empty bottles at reception and in the hotel lobby, and the hotel only leaves a 200ml bottle in our room in the evening. It's a bit odd for a hotel of this caliber to have such a problem.

Beautiful hotel and location but unacceptable noise at night
Pros:

The room was lovely, location excellent and bar and staff charming. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We were extremely inconvenienced by noise on the second night of our stay. There was a very loud party til very late in a room near us (we were 266). We attended at reception at midnight to advise but to no avail. At this price we expect sleep!

Déçue par l’agencement.
Entrée décevante, bar qui ne ressemble à rien, long couloir sur la droite dont on ne devine pas la réelle fonction.
Pas de chaleur, pas de cachet
Climatisation très très légère même quand on la met au maximum, c’est ce qui m’a le plus gênée

Séjour dans un hôtel historique avec un emplacement exceptionnel
Pros:

Localisation exceptionnelle, à 20m de la place Saint Marc, mais toutefois assez au calme.
Très ancien bâtiment, mais les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. L’expérience de Venise a semblé plus impressionnante dans un bâtiment historique. La salle de petit déjeuner est immense.

Cons:

Les tarifs sont très élevés, mais c’est Venise !
Absence de spa.
