Nas fotos da categoria do meu quarto, o quarto tem um pequeno terraço e porta- janelas com vista para o canal.
Deram me um quarto do mesmo tamanho mas com duas pequenas janelas, dando para uma parede do prédio da frente.
Me senti enganada e reclamei.
Depois de três dias instalada me ofereceram o quarto da foto.
Mas estava já quase indo embora, com criança…..fiquei com preguiça.
Mas fica aqui a recomendação: precisam atualizar o site. Isto é propaganda enganosa.

The location was superb and the hotel itself was nice. Quiet yet located in a prime spot near St. Marks but not in the middle of the chaos. Wifi was bad and constantly disconnected. Room felt like a dungeon with very little light. Furnishings were generally nice. We had a suite but no real view.
Some natural light and wifi needs improvement. For the price, these type of amenities are important. That's our only complaint.
