Pros:

Absolutely everything! Beautiful stunning hotel. Spectacular rooms.

The staff are exceptional. The best I have experienced on my travels around the world. The location is perfect, such a stylish area to stay for a few days.

Cons:

I think it is unacceptable to charge guests a fee to use the sauna at this standard of hotel. The room rate is enough to include a basic sauna.

Ein Hotel was den Anforderungen eines 5 Sternehauses vollkommen gerecht wird. Sehr teuer, aber jeden Cent wert. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder. :-)

The common areas wereexcellent and the location was superb.

The rooms could be better. I would give the size and look and feel of the room a below standard grade for this class of hotel.

The Palace Hotel is an oasis of luxury in an outstanding location.
Pros:

The Palace Hotel was elegant and luxurious, and the location is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station but feels completely private and secluded from the hustle and bustle. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Imperial Palace, surrounding park, and skyline. We ordered room service to be able to enjoy the view, and the food was also excellent. My son used the gym and found it well-equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to get back to work.

Pros:

위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 비가 자주 오는 날씨였는데 지하철과 지하도로 연결돼 있어서 걸어서 이동하기에 아주 좋았습니다.

Cons:

에비앙 스파에 속하는 사우나 이용했는데 추가 요금 2500엔 정도 부과했습니다. 너무 작고 이용할 시설이 없어서 굳이 이용할 가치가 없다고 봅니다.

-the staff was just super nice and helpful
-one of the best looking hotel I've ever been to.
-amazing view and to have a balcony in your room is just fantastic and rare in Tokyo.
-5 min walk to Tokyo Station
