Really nice place, communication could be better
Pros:

Rooms are very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. We were going to stay for over a week so required the full kitchen setup which was very conveniently provided. The manager was very helpful when we raised our disappointment about the pool situation and arranged for us to relocate to their sister property with compensation.

Cons:

Their communication has room for improvement. Upon check-in we were told the rooftop pool is closed for a private event that day, then the next evening they put up a sign alerting guests the pool will be closed down for maintenance for an unknown period of time. If this was scheduled maintenance, they should let guests know in advance. We booked the place for 10 days and this was really disappointing for us, upon speaking to the manager they suggested we move to a similar room in their sister property nearby and we took the offer. We later tried emailing them regarding an item of clothing we apparently forgot in the room and they never replied.

If you don’t pay for the valet parking be aware that street parking in the area is virtually impossible. Your best alternative is the West Hollywood Public Parking by the library about 10 minutes away, it’s nice and well maintained and allows overnight for only $12.

Perfect little hidden gem in Weho
Pros:

The room, the staff, and service were top-notch. Will be recommending this to all my people who visit WeHo! Things in this area can be unpredictable and overpriced; this was just right! What a gem and I will for sure be back.

Charging a 5USD/bag fee if you pick them up after 5pm even for backpacks is insane. Ended up having to pay 25USD for two suitcases and 3 backpacks.

Una estancia 1000 puntos!
Pros:

La habitación es fantástica, super cómoda, grande y funcional. Cuenta con cocina, barra, living y comedor. Tiene un antebaño con un closet, que hacen al baño mas cómodo aún. La zona de la terraza es hermosa, con vistas a la ciudad, cancha de tenis, pileta y bar. La ubicación es ideal para familias, porque es una zona residencial, muy tranquila y segura. La pileta lamentablemente no la pudimos usar porque estaba en reparación pero se veía muy linda. El personal es muy atento y siempre disponible para lo que se necesite. Realmente un hotel super recomendable.
