Pros:

A localização é excelente, os quartos são limpos, grandes e muito confortáveis. A equipe da recepção foi muito atenciosa e gentil, tentou acomodar todos os nossos pedidos sempre que possível.

Cons:

O valor do estacionamento é muito elevado, especialmente ao se considerar a diária do quarto.

Overall, the hotel was nice, but unfortunately the soundproofing between the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms

Fun alternative to traditional hotel complexes in groovy part of town
Pros:

A fun place off the beaten path. Cool vibes and modern, contemporary art throughout the property. Previous apartment complex but red-done in a very smart way. We walked to our concert venue and to dinner.

I really don’t recommend this hotel at all. I’ve traveled to almost half the world and stayed in dozens of different hotels over the past year, but my experience here was honestly really bad.

I stayed for around 10 days and my room wasn’t cleaned even once. The people at the front desk were cold and rude from day one. Especially the tall woman at the front desk — she was really unfriendly and not helpful at all.

And then there’s the valet. You’re paying $70 a day for valet parking, but the young guy working during the day would give me attitude every single time, talk to me rudely, and make me feel like I was doing something wrong just by bringing my car there. Honestly, sometimes I was actually happy when I didn’t see him and got another valet instead.

In the end, I just had enough and checked out one day before my reservation ended and moved to another hotel. If I was willing to leave a hotel I had already paid for one day early, I think that says enough about how bad the experience was.

For me, the biggest problem with this hotel isn’t the building or the rooms — it’s the way the staff treat the guests. Management really needs to take this seriously.

So good!
Pros:

The hotel is close to shops, restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe area. The room is big and comfortable. Beautiful swimming pool on the rooftop.

Great stay. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms that were very well maintained. The beautiful Art Deco design and furnishings gave the rooms plenty of character, with the same stylish attention to detail carried throughout the hotel.

La ubicacion es estupeda, y las habitaciones muy amplias. El personal de la recepción simplemente correcto, pero los del restaurante muy amables y serviciales. La comida del restaurante muy rica. El gimnasio bien. Decoración simpática.

Cons:

No me gustó la limpieza, una moqueta sucia, manchas grandes y pequeñas, ademas de manchas también en el sofa. Tampoco me gustó el ruido de la calle, estuvimos en un primer piso y las ventanas no aislan muy bien.
