The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was a good size and facilities clean! Personally, I love the quiet, residential area of the hotel far from the touristy bit! Some very nice, traditional restaurants nearby and if someone is interested in Roman ruins and history this district is the best place to visit ruins and museums. It is also very well connected to the centre so if you want to go and see more on the Pest side it takes only around 30 minutes on public transport.
The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, but we were here in the middle of the extreme heatwave so I understand the system was probably working overtime.

The service was exceptionally professional, the pool was great, and the location is very convenient- right next to the train station, making it easy to get around.
