Să nu mergeți la acest hotel!

Cons:

In afară de recepție, întregul hotel pare blocat în anii 2000. Mobilierul este învechit, camerele sunt demodate și nu corespund așteptărilor create de prezentarea hotelului.
A fost prima piscină și primul spa în care mi-a fost efectiv frig. Temperatura ambientală era foarte scăzută, motiv pentru care nu am putut beneficia de serviciile pentru care am plătit. În loc să mă relaxez, am stat mai tot timpul cu halatul pe mine și cu o carte în mână, pe șezlong, doar ca să nu simt că am cheltuit banii degeaba.

Din păcate, experiența de wellness s-a transformat într-o dezamăgire, iar confortul și relaxarea pe care le aștepți de la un spa au lipsit complet.Am beneficiat de o ofertă care includea băuturi și snackuri gratuite. Cu toate acestea, pe parcursul întregului sejur mi s-a solicitat să le plătesc de fiecare dată.

La plecare, duminică, am semnalat această problemă. Mi s-au cerut dovezi ale plăților efectuate și mi s-a comunicat că suma îmi va fi restituită în cursul săptămânii, deoarece în weekend nu era disponibilă nicio persoană care să poată soluționa situația.

După plecare, am fost informată, într-un mod lipsit de empatie, că nu se mai poate face nimic. Prejudiciul meu este de aproximativ 100 de euro. Mă simt indusă în eroare și dezamăgită de modul în care a fost gestionată această situație. Nu este vorba doar despre bani, ci despre lipsa de asumare, de comunicare și de respect față de client.

Pros:

This is my favourite place in Budapest. The internal design of the hall is pretty. The breakfast room has the perfect view of the Danube that is nice to wake up too.

Pros:

The hotel is not far from the city centre but it is out of the crowded touristy areas that makes it feel like you are nearer the city where the actual inhabitants of Budapest live. There are banks , a "retro" shopping centre with the design preserving the 70's look. Roman ruins and the city centre is still only about 30 minutes away.

Der Aufenthalt in Budapest war sehr schön. Das Hotel zum Schlafen ausreichend.
Pros:

Lage war gut, U Bahnstation fünf Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Fernseher auf dem Zimmer hat nicht funktionier bzw. wenn dann nur ein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, bei Nachfrage war die Auskunft nicht zufriedenstellen.
Frühstücksbrot bzw. Semmel waren nicht frisch, wie Kaugummi.
Zimmersafe hat auch nicht funktioniert.
