A place to recommend for sure!
Pros:

Location & Facilities are all Superb!

I suggest more attentiveness on cleaning the room hence there was a bit of dust & crumbs found.

Pros:

Snídaně byly bohaté a pestré a také se tam nachazelo pečivo a jídlo pro lidi s celiakií, Bazény byly skvěle a osvěžujíci po celodenním chození po památkách. Jsou tam tři bazeny jeden teplou vodou 35C,druhý byl plavecký 28C a třetí 20C pro otrlé. Také se tam nachazí vířivka a sauny .Personál stále usměvavý a pokoje čisté.

Absolut schlechter Gast Service .
Bei meiner Anreise war aufgrund von Gerüchen ein Zimmerwechsel erforderlich. Das hatte reibungslos geklappt. Aber meine neue Zimmernummer wurde meinem Namen nicht ordentlich zugeteilt, weshalb beim Frühstück das Personal meine Zimmernummer nicht auf der Liste finden konnte. Ich wurde darauf hin, dreimal während des Frühstücks belästigt und sogar aufgefordert, dass ich mich darum an Rezeption kümmern sollte. Das habe ich selbstverständlich abgelehnt.
Die Hotelmanagerin hat sich persönlich bei mir entschuldigt und einen Frühstücksgutschein dagelassen. Das Frühstück war von mir selbstverständlich schon komplett bezahlt. Sie meinte, ich halte dann den Betrag bei meiner Abreise zurück.
Davon wollte dann das Rezeptionspersonal wiederum nichts wissen… mir war dann am Ende einfach nur noch alles zu blöd und ich benutzen zufrieden abgereist…
