Important information:

Please note that some of the hotel's restaurants have a dress code, and some do not allow children under 10 years of age.

The fitness center is accessible only for adults aged 18 and above, and an additional charge is required.

The hotel's Welcome Lounge at Kyoto Station is located on the ground floor of the Cerema Building. It's open daily from 09:30 until 17:00, and accessible only to staying guests.

Free shuttle locations and schedules:
- From the Welcome Lounge at Kyoto Station, the shuttle departs at the top (--:00) and bottom (--:30) of every hour between 10:30 and 17:00, except at 12:30 and 15:00.
- From Hotel Okura Kyoto, the shuttle departs at --:05 and --:35 every hour between 10:05 and 16:35, except at 12:05 and 14:35.
Please note that the shuttle takes about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Staff will meet guests at the hotel lobby or the Welcome Lounge.

The luggage delivery service operates as follows:
Luggage received by 14:00 at the Welcome Lounge will arrive at the hotel by 17:00.
Luggage received by 11:00 at the hotel will arrive at the Welcome Lounge at the requested time between 14:00 and 17:00.

Parking will be available from January 1, 2026, for an additional charge of JPY 2,000 per night from the day of check-in until 15:00 on the following day.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. From the check in at the reception and the friendly staff to the great big spacious rooms. Everybody was so welcoming you and we felt all the time that everybody did their job with heart❤

Cons:

The breakfast buffet on floor 17 was sadly every day the same. For a 5* hotel I expected at least more variety of choice day by day but it was just for a week the same buffet. But it was yummy no doubts 😊

Head and shoulders above our expectations and well worth the stay.
Pros:

We loved everything about the hotel. We arrived to a free room upgrade before we our room, without even asking them for it. The view was phenomenal, and location was exceptional. Right across the street from countless restaurants and shops and saved so much money on travel alone. The amenities and room were phenomenal and it was our favorite stay of our trip, and we wished we had stayed longer.

Séjour agréable et reposant dans cet hôtel idéalement situé.
Pros:

Son emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, les prestations et services et les chambres spacieuses.
L'accès fitness et piscine est un plus.
Par contre, il serait bien de préciser que les tatouages ne sont pas autorisés à la piscine ni dans la salle de fitness mais qu'il est possible d'y accéder avec un maillot de corps fourni par l'établissement.
L'accès ne sera pas autorisé si le tatouage est visible.

数年前と比べて、職員の方のサービスは、同等ですが、受ける感じがオークラだなあと思わせるものがなくなった。他のホテルでも良いやと感じてしまった。

Tout simplement exceptionnel
Pros:

Un immense coup de coeur pour l'Hôtel Okura.
L'établissement était d'une beauté incroyable, la chambre spacieuse offrait une très belle vue sur Kyoto et la salle de bain proposait toutes les commodités nécessaires (Douche, bain, nombreux produits d'hygiène...).
La qualité de service était fantastique, le personnel était adorable et aux petits soins.
Un vrai plaisir, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute !
