This place was just so nice in every way. First off the location can’t be beat. Right off the ferry your the first hotel there. Very luxurious place, beautifully done. The staff was incredible. They really made sure you had everything you needed at all times. Rosario at the pool bar was our favorite. He gave us great recommendations for our trip and was just the best. Having the rooftop pool for a mid day break was very nice. Cocktails down in the lobby were the best drinks we had on our ten day trip to Italy. We would definitely return

The location was perfect and a very beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly.
It can be very loud at times from the outside noise.
They also don’t allow outside guests in the hotel at all.
The location was fabulous. The customer service was superb. They even helped find us when our ferry schedule needed to be changed. The rooftop pool was an absolute plus. We would love to come back.

I liked the location, the pool area is stunning with views of positano that are unbeatable because you’re in the center. Breakfast is great! Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was cold every day and they often ran low or out of food.

The service and the food were fantastic! The hostess who showed us our room went to extremes to make sure our stay was comfortable. The restaurant food and wines were great and the pool experience was great, too!
All was good except that the shower size was just a bit small for a luxury hotel. All other amenities were great!!!
