Unbeatable location!
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything that makes Positano! Lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Excellent breakfast with an unbeatable view.

Luxury with a view
Pros:

Customer service was exceptionally great.
We received early check in the day we reached.
Every one was super nice and location was brilliant.
Excellent breakfast, infinity pool and we received complimentary prosecco.

Cons:

I only wish the infinity pool is open beyond 6 pm in the evening

Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent and incredibly convenient for the ferry port. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, with stunning views and very welcoming staff. Our room also had a beautiful balcony view, and the complimentary minibar was a really nice touch that added to the overall experience.

Cons:

The rooms felt a little dated, particularly the bathrooms, which could benefit from some refurbishment. We also found the tipping culture quite prominent throughout the stay. On a few occasions, staff asked directly about tips, and it sometimes felt as though the level of service became dependent on the amount given, which was disappointing given the overall cost of the stay.

Nice hotel, excellent staff. Very helpful in organising pick up and departure.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in excellent location, the only minus is it's just by the ferry so its always crowded around.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

This place was just so nice in every way. First off the location can’t be beat. Right off the ferry your the first hotel there. Very luxurious place, beautifully done. The staff was incredible. They really made sure you had everything you needed at all times. Rosario at the pool bar was our favorite. He gave us great recommendations for our trip and was just the best. Having the rooftop pool for a mid day break was very nice. Cocktails down in the lobby were the best drinks we had on our ten day trip to Italy. We would definitely return

The location was perfect and a very beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly.

Cons:

It can be very loud at times from the outside noise.
They also don’t allow outside guests in the hotel at all.

A fabulous hotel in a lovely location
Pros:

The location was fabulous. The customer service was superb. They even helped find us when our ferry schedule needed to be changed. The rooftop pool was an absolute plus. We would love to come back.

I liked the location, the pool area is stunning with views of positano that are unbeatable because you’re in the center. Breakfast is great! Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
