Fantastic All-Inclusive Experience
Pros:

We couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The all-inclusive package offered fantastic value and convenience, but what really made the stay memorable was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. If you have children, the Kids Club is phenomenal—our child practically lived there and had a blast every single day. We left feeling relaxed and thoroughly impressed!

Good hotel with a great pool
Pros:

The hotel common areas are well maintained, the pool atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It is possible to find a lounger by one of the pools at all times. The access to the beach is clean and easy and the beach is great! The food at the pool bar was delicious. The WiFi was strong and stable.

Cons:

Our room at the executive wing was very much outdated and not meeting a 5 star standard. It had a curtain in the bathtub and a tiny old shower head in additional minimal space by the sink which made it very challenging to fit 4 tooth brushes and a few toiletries. The kids club has a set weekly program with daily activities but the staff said it is not being followed unless parents or kids ask for a specific activity to be run.
