Important information:

For safety reasons, a baby cot is only available for infants up to 10 months old.

The fitness gym will be temporarily closed from March 18th, 2025, 23:00 to March 19th, 07:00 due to carpet replacement work.

Children aged 4–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge when breakfast is included in the rate.

Please note that construction work is taking place at 14:00-18:00, 04/01/26 to 30/01/26 and some rooms may be affected by noise.

מלון מצוין במיקום נגיש לתחבורה ציבורית
Pros:

מלון ברמה גבוהה, חדרים מרווחים, שירותים בנפרד מהמקלחת, נקי, שירות חדרים מעולה פעמיים ביום, גן יפני מקסים, קרבה לתחנת רכבת מרכזית.

Cons:

באזור המלון יש כרגע עבודות בנייה מסיביות מה שמאריך מעט את הדרך אל ומתחנת שינגאווה למלון, והופך אותה למעט פחות נוחה. המלון לא באזור תיירותי, אלא באזור עסקים, כך שכתייר אתה נוסע ברכבת לכל מקום. זה בסדר וזה התאים לנו.

Incredible performance from the staff, foreign guests tarnished the experience.
Pros:

The staff were incredible and truly made our stay feel very welcoming. The room was very spacious, and the bath had a jacuzzi function, which was incredibly relaxing. The city view was beautiful, and we were able to see Tokyo Tower from the room. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff provided a variety of juices and the view of the garden was amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the women’s onsen experience was affected by a group of guests who were wearing strong perfumes, which lingered throughout the area. It was also later learned that the same group of foreign guests had left what could only be described as faeces in the shower area.

In the men’s onsen, there were young children running around, despite signs clearly stating in multiple languages that children were not permitted.

There were also two massage chairs in the relaxation room. Unfortunately, two couples repeatedly refused to allow other guests to use them, continuing to reuse the chairs even though there appeared to be a queue of people waiting.

Overall, these incidents made it difficult for other guests to enjoy the facilities comfortably.

Just amazing
Pros:

Absolutely perfect hotel. Amazing service—the staff helped us with every request. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are cleaned and tidied twice a day. The Japanese gardens are beautiful, and the location is excellent, right next to Shinagawa Station.

Cons:

You should know that in Japan, there is an extra charge to use the swimming pool.

The hotel grounds were stunning and very well manicured and designed. We would absolutely stay again
Pros:

The hotel itself is very luxury and nice. As Platinum Bonvoy members we had access to the Executive Lounge for daily meals and Happy Hours, and the service and quality of food/beverage was exceptional. The staff throughout the hotel was also very friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds were also stunning and very well manicured and designed. We would absolutely stay here again.

I wished there was a gift shop.

Very nice hotel stay in huge multi hotel complex
Pros:

Big rooms. Nicely appointed. Massive comfortable bed. Bath house was a surprise bonus.

Cons:

Crazy breakfast tariff so we avoided it. Lots of construction in the area surrounding the hotel. No pool.

Great location. Everything you could ask for.
Pros:

We’ve now stayed there three times and love it. Staff are wonderful. I enjoy the spa. Best of all - the gardens and being away from the bright lights and noise while being a short walk from a major train hub.
