Fantastic location in city center. Very modern and beautifully done hotel. Personnel were friendly and helpful - no complaints!
La ubicación , fantástica y las camas y el desayuno y la atención del personal ! Todo
Que el secador de pelo no estuviera la conexión en el baño !
A beautiful property in a lovely location. The breakfast was delicious.
A server at breakfast dumped a full carafe of hot coffee on my granddaughter. The hotel cleaned her clothes, but then tried to charge us for the cleaning. The hotel reservation staff made some accommodations for our early arrival, but the check-in was lengthy and complex because the arrangements weren’t communicated to staff at the desk. It all worked out, but I would have expected a higher quality of training and attention by the staff of a 5 star hotel.
The location, right on the green, could not really be bettered. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The little touches and treats made it a special stay. Breakfast was great.
Parking charges on top of the stay seemed a little steep.
Clean and great staff

The bathroom
TV was faulty and kept switching on at night .. and got locked in the garage for a short while as the buzzer to let one out didn't work.. neither ideal
Excellent central location. Breakfast was good. The room was a deluxe premium, I don't feel the additional expense of the premium was particularly good value. We requested a separate bath and shower, which we received, but some of the other premium rooms were larger with four poster beds and / or balcony overlooking the park. We would have preferred a room that we could have opened the window fully.
The price uplift to a deluxe premium room, when the benefits of Diptyque bath products and a seperate bath tot he shower wasn't worth it.
Good attention to customer’s needs
Cheap blind pulls repeatedly break
Bathroom too small
The staff were incredible. Very gracious, polite, and accommodating. The location is pristine for tourists. Smack dab in the middle of the city centre. Train stop right in front of the hotel. Everything is a short walk away. Grafton street, Trinity College, Temple Bar-district. St. Stephens Green, Gaiety Theatre, and the list goes on. So absolutely Ground Zero for fun. One of the few accommodations in the area that offer parking. (you pay for it but it's easier than finding it.) The rooms were immaculate. We had a small balcony that overlooks St. Stephens Green. Really a very nice place to stay.
The rooms were a little compact, but I believe that is to be expected when you are smack dab in the middle of one of the most popular city centers in the world.
Prime location.
Amazing location, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. My room had a bad wifi reception and they immediately put a new dedicated wifi router in my room.
