Banheiros mofados, porque todos os hotéis da rede Mercure ultimamente tem banheiros mofados no Brasil? Além do mofo do banheiro, torneira pingando e com mal funcionamento. O quarto estava ok mas o barulho dos equipamentos de ar condicionado era muito alto. Café da manhã bom mas equipe um pouco desorganizada.

Quarto com ótimo espaço, cama deliciosa. Quarto limpo e aperitivos de boa qualidade. Banheira de imersão pequena mas confortável, cabe um casal tranquilo. Café da manhã EXCELENTE! Superou as expectativas!

Cons:

Atendimento do Agente de Recepção. Gerou um estresse e desconforto na frente de outros hóspedes que aguardavam para realizar o check-in (já era mais de 00h). O atendente disse que eu tinha o valor da diária em aberto, quando eu já tinha pago pelo Booking. Ao mostrar o comprovante da minha fatura, ele foi rude ao dizer que "sim, esse era o valor que eu tinha a pagar", sendo que eu estava apresentando o próprio comprovante e posteriormente o recibo da Booking. Foi desnecessária a tratativa e a maneira que conduziu.

Unprepared staff for customer service. Poor service overall. People cognitively well below average. They do not know how to treat a lady: I arrived with my car, the parking was valet. When my partner stepped out of the vehicle, the attendant stood there holding the umbrella instead of walking over to the lady, despite the rain. The other brainless drunk kept asking my name five times, directing his questions to her instead of to me. One does not speak directly to another man’s woman in his presence. I had to repeat my name five times and the man still did not understand. The hotel had no corkscrew available, only at the restaurant, which closed at 10 PM. Room service opened the door out of nowhere, no knocking or warining, like a madman. Extremely unprepared service. All done very poorly . Fire everyone and redo the training from scratch.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

O quarto que me ofereceram na troca foi excelente,

Cons:

O quarto reservado pelo booking estava com mau cheiro. Como se nunca abrissem a janela e o mobiliário velho. O ralo da banheira com sinais de oxidação, feita a substituição do quarto a experiencia mudou drasticamente. Porém se fosse alta temporada, imagino que a troca nao fosse possível e provavelmente teria que me hospedar em outro hotel o que nao condiz com a categoria 4 estrelas
