Great value for money at this hotel. Would recommend 10/10
Pros:

The Deluxe Twin room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, with a great view of the city. The breakfast was impressive, with lots of options from all three local cuisines (Malaysian, Chinese, and Indian) as well as some more European options. Their local traditional white coffee and ginger tea were amazing! Location was 10/10.

Cons:

The pool could be a little bit warmer, the water was kind of cold. But not really a negative point for this.

Pros:

Location. Italian Restaurant excellent value for money on lower floor and a beer half the price of the hotel.

Cons:

Pool area dismal and no staff available. High cost of alcohol . Pint of beer 68 ringit approx. £14 ! Will not pay that price as total “rip off” . Bed as hard as concrete and ended up with a bad back. Very disappointed with the comfort of the hotel. Had to go looking for a bartender in the bar as never there all the time.

Pros:

Awesome breakfast. One of the best I've ever had in a hotel. Really kind staff, the concierge team is awesome arranging tours, private driver and transfer to Airport.

Cons:

The location is not found in Google Maps or Grab as Double Tree by Hilton. It is found as Intermark Mall. The hallway had a strange smell but room was completely clean and satisfying.
