I liked everything! The whole F&B management to the staff was excellent. Mr Raja, Ain F&B managers, serving staff, Dennis, Sam, Fely, zayana, Barsha, Muizz, Mas, Rino, and many others were so hospitable that made us felt like at home. Not to forget all chef who cooked up breakfast and dinner. My 10 days stay was so welcoming, and the F&B team gave me a card with group photo they took and a box of chocolate.
I don't know how to say thank you to DoubleTree Hilton kuala lumpur. Great location for 1st time in Kuala lumpar. I plan to stay with them next time I'm in Kuala lumpur.
Not to forget the main boss, Mr Razdlan, F&B boss

Cons:

It is accessible to the city, though we were given a blocked view room where there was much noise of train. No value for the money I paid. I paid extra for early check in and also asked for change of room due to lots of noise but they didn't even change it.
