From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Location didnt matter as its a city in itself so we did not intend to leave until we checked out. Breakfast was perfect. We paid for the upgrade of our room. The room was big enough and very good. The breakfast spread is amazing!!
My stay was amazing. My kids really enjoyed while we are staying at the hotel especially the direct access to the Sunway lagoon which was super easy and fast. The staff were really great and polite.

The activities, the mall the water park
The hotel itself is nice, but two main issues spoiled the experience. First, the staff were consistently rude and unsupportive. Second, breakfast was a complete disaster—it was so overcrowded and chaotic that you felt rushed to grab food before everything ran out. Good hotel, but service and breakfast management need serious improvement.
i like the room atmosphere, like a hidden gem in subang jaya. we had room service dining and it was delicious, we were so full that we missed breakfast haha.
i think the communication cause when i asked for extra batteries then they told me they came 10 times but i didnt hear anybody come. but it was resolved very quickly and i got what i needed. also the music perhaps abit too loud but otherwise ok
