Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Love the room and facilities.

Cons:

The breakfast service good but should have anticipated too many guests with limited space. As a guest of the hotel, parking is not complementary. The executive lounge should cater breakfast as an alternative venue.

It's a great family holiday destination. Got very busy as it was school holidays but overall another great stay here
Pros:

The terrace rooms are big and spacious with a terrace overlooking the pool. Great swimming pool and nice pool staff.

Cons:

We initially had a room that was an interconnected room when another family checked into the room next to us there was no soundproofing we could hear everything they said and did. It was a terrible nights sleep. We did get moved to another room when we complained

الفندق نظيف ومرتب و طاقم العمل متعاون

النظافة و الموقع قريب من كل شي

بعض الموظفين غير متعاونيين و عددهم قليل جدا لكن الغالبية متعاونين جدا ، و مرحبين
الطاولات الرخاميه الموجوده في خارج الغرف عند الممرات بين الغرف يجب ازالتها
طفلي اصطدم باحدى الطاولة وحدثت له إصابة على مستوى الاذن و ذهبت إلى العياده القريبه من الفندق وتم احتواء الأمر وابلغنا الاستقبال في الفندق بذلك

• الغرفة واسعة جدًا ومريحة، ومن أفضل الأماكن التي أقمت فيها من ناحية جودة الغرفة.
• جميع المرافق متوفرة داخل المنتجع وتلبي الاحتياجات بشكل ممتاز.
• يوجد مول متصل مباشرة بالمنتجع، ويمكن الوصول إليه دون الحاجة للخروج من الفندق، كما أن المول كبير ومتنوع.
• المدينة المائية مرتبطة بالمنتجع ويمكن الدخول إليها مباشرة. وإذا لم تكن التذكرة ضمن الحجز، فسعر دخول الشخص البالغ 220 رينجت.
• المدينة المائية ممتازة جدًا وتستحق التجربة.
• مطعم الفندق سواء الفطور أو العشاء كان بمستوى ممتاز وتنوع جيد.
• السبا ممتاز وكانت التجربة فيه مريحة ومميزة.
• أنصح بالإقامة لمدة ليلتين، وتعتبر خيارًا مثاليًا كأول محطة بعد الوصول من المطار قبل التوجه إلى كوالالمبور.

its wasn't too bad but wasn't the best a bit overpriced for what you getting
Pros:

it does look very fancy that I can tip my hat to you and the doormen were very attentive

bathtub plug didn't work
mold in the shower
waterpark ticket should have been included in hotel stay
breakfast not included
running out of beer with in 2 hours of our group arriving
