Sweet but the room even though was large with a kitchen and balcony needs updating. The A/C
Pros:

It was hard to find the front of the hotel as I had to go to the other side to register. I had to take an elevator to the reception.

Cons:

I had asked about my Bonvoy membership and was hoping to get a better pricing bcz of the room. I was only told about points I have but nothing else. The A/C needs upgrading as it makes a lot of noise and almost burnt out while I change the temp

The pool was great! Staff were friendly, well trained to help visitors feel comfortable!
Pros:

The reception person was amazing, she sensed that my 5 year old needed a little extra TLC and made sure to address this. I loved that!

Cons:

The room itself had water spots, possible mold. My son had trouble flushing the toilet. And one of the beds was squeaky. But it was one night so we did not mind!

Great experience, good room, great staff, great price.
Pros:

Very friendly front staff, great gym and laundry room. Loved the pool and hot tub. The room was great, good A/C.

Cons:

I would have like a bigger trash can in the room. Nobody cleaned the room on the 2nd day.

Nice Big Room
Pros:

Nice, large, clean room. No restaurant or snack bar in the hotel or anywhere nearby. I couldn't even find a snack vending machine. We were part of a bus tour, so we weren't able to drive around looking for a place to eat. The hotel is across the river from historic Charleston. Breakfast was average.

Pros:

Terrible experience, did not refund my last night cancel due to the impending icestorm at my house. Room floor was a sticky mess and had to be cleaned. Got sick from breakfast. Won’t be back.

Some good things…and a few that need attention.
Pros:

Good location. Great AC in the room. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Lots of parking. Nice check in staff.

Cons:

The beds needed new mattresses…much too soft. Housekeeping never cleaned my room the first night of a 2 night stay.Showed up at 5ish to check the room…did not have an excuse why my room was missed. Asked if I needed any new towels….no. Told them too late now to deal with doing the room. Need more supervision.
