Overall, great location and great staff. Very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Some good things…and a few that need attention.
Pros:

Good location. Great AC in the room. Spacious room. Decent breakfast. Lots of parking. Nice check in staff.

Cons:

The beds needed new mattresses…much too soft. Housekeeping never cleaned my room the first night of a 2 night stay.Showed up at 5ish to check the room…did not have an excuse why my room was missed. Asked if I needed any new towels….no. Told them too late now to deal with doing the room. Need more supervision.

Money well spent
Pros:

This was a wonderful all around place to go to relax, enjoy the scenery, and taste good quality food for complimentary breakfast.

it was a clean place to stay and the staff was very nice. The cookies at the main desk were nice too
Pros:

Location was nice. I wish the hotel had had a restaurant or a bar for evening meals. The breakfast was very good. we had a very nice view from our room of the pool and the boats.

Cons:

unfortunately during our stay the pool and hot tub were not working, but we were allowed to go to the sister hotel just next door and use theirs. The TV in our room which was across from our bed was ridiculously large. It was so large and hanging on the wall that it stuck out and I walked into it at night.

Screw that place
Cons:

Fire alarm went off at 5am due to a faulty system. Had to leave the room with no bra, no shoes, and my toddlers asled for a refund due to only spending 4 hours in our room and not able to even sleep. They said booking.com had to.

Sehr lautes Zimmer.
Cons:

Klimaanlage ist extrem laut. Ausschalten bringt nur bedingt etwas, da die Lüftungsanlage außen am Hotel fast genauso laut ist und die Fenster wenig schalldicht sind. Auch den Straßenlärm hört man deutlich. Außer braunen Bananen, Äpfel und Orangen nichts frisches mit Vitaminen beim Frühstück auf Einweggeschirr.

Great stay if you aren't on a strict budget.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, and they had covered parking available. Location was about 10 minutes from downtown, so close enough to easily get to, but away from the hustle and bustle.

Cons:

It was pricey, and the Riverview balcony room has a giant parking lot in front of it before the river.
