Tolles Hotel mit schönen, großen Zimmern. Perfektes Service, wir konnten auch einen Koffer während einer 5Tages Reise dort lassen - hat super funktioniert. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Not happy to make repeat trips to put jam or marmalade on toast after taking it away for buttering.
Needed loose chair to take to bathroom. Grab rail close to shower fixture. No bath mat.
Location was great, close enough to the city centre but not directly in the thick of it so we get some peace and quiet. Check in and check out process was very smooth and the staff was also very nice - I was even able to check in before noon.
Housekeeping was not the best - a lot of things were not fixed or restocked (sofa cushion not fixed properly, face tissue and sanitary bag not restocked, etc). Room and building on the older side, and AC was not cool enough.

Il letto con un materasso scadente o semplicemente troppo vecchio. Non ci sono pantofole per gli ospiti e neanche cuffia per i capelli. La luce penetra dalle finestre in quanto le tende non sono perfettamente coprenti

Our choices were good but most of the food and even the coffee was just warm not hot I had to add hot water to my coffee to heat it up
For me I would like to have food hotter

Hotel is generally ok, location is very good
They use an extremely strong and very unpleasant (to me) "Marriott" fragrance (how they call it) in the lobby area. I have sensitivity to chemical fragrances in general, but have never experienced something like this in a hotel. This is a No No hotel for me in the future.
I literally had to stop breathing and run through the reception area when going out.
Not for people with parfume/chemical sensitivities or for those who don't want to breathe in unnecessary toxic substances.
