Nice comfy warm room
Service in bar/restaurant was slow
Good service from staff and giid qualoty food.
Bed in room was uncomfortable, mattress was thin and lumoy.
No tea/coffee in room.
Noisy, walls seemed thin and noise from corridors and muffled talking could be overheard.

It was a bit tired looking, carpets were loose and bumpy. Bathroom could do with an update and have just showers no bath shower.

The spa facilities were ok but very small steam room and sauna, holding maybe 6 people and there’s a lot of people in the hotel!

Employée du petit déjeuner qui semble peu motivée , voisinage d’une très grosse usine , et demande d’un supplément pour du haggis qui figure dans le full breakfast végan mais pas dans l’ordinaire ..alors qu’un petit déjeuner est déjà facturé 25£ …un peu exagéré ..
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was good. Dinner very good if pricey. Gym and pool were excellent.
Insufficient plugs in bedroom and no central light. Almost impossible to read without laying on bed once dark outside.

Room was dated, but clean
Location was great and the spa was nice. Reception staff very helpful and when we quietly told them of the problems with our room the gave us 30% off.
The en-suite sink tap was falling off, the toilet didn’t flush so we had to use toilet in the hallway. There was a horrible stain on the carpet in the entry to the room, there were white mug rings on the wooden furniture no mats provided to avoid this and a horrible stain on the room heater where a previous guest had obviously put clothing on it to dry.
