Overall not worth the money.
Pros:

The spa was excellent.

Cons:

Sleeping in a very little room in the attic.
WiFi signal strength was very intermittent

Tremendous hotel for a short stay, worth returning to for the spa
Pros:

The spa is exceptional.. the breakfast was good also

Cons:

The room was quite dated. It was clean and tidy but could do with modernising

Stay and staff was good, even though it was a little pricey as I say above.
Pros:

It was only one night, but the staff were friendly and nothing was a problem, Paige at reception was very helpful to us.

Cons:

For a deluxe king room, it was ok a little tired, and the view from the room was of a back roof with air vents. For the price I would be looking for a little better.

Not sure it’s 4x but guessing it’s because it has a pool etc. rooms are tired with old fixture and fittings.
