Disappointing.
Pros:

The bar area was nice.

Cons:

We were put in a lodge room which we weren’t informed of. Soundproofing of lodge room was appalling, you could hear conversations of people in adjacent rooms. There was no cold water in room, cold water tap dispensed warm water. Breakfast was very poor value for money, milk for cereal was very warm.

Pros:

Not a lot.

Cons:

Breakfast was atrocious (we got a refund for one day).
Staff were inattentive, didn't listen properly to complaints and gave strange responses.

E.g. 'breakfast was bad yesterday and worse today'

View from room was of the power plant for the spa.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location for Edinburgh, Falkirk Wheel and Kelpies. Lovely staff in hotel and restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely breakfast served by a pleasant lady. Restaurant and bar were excellent - delicious food and a nice place to relax. Spa was popular but we didn’t use it.

Cons:

Our room looked a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable.

OK, stayed in way better cheaper but perhaps if had tried more of the facilities
Pros:

Hotel generally needs a refresh, good facilities but never got to try them, pretty pricey for what it is and breakfast and breakfast service wasn't brilliant. Never ate here so cannot comment on restaurant

Cons:

Better breakfast, came in bits and bobs and not great for £24

Cela fait plusieurs fois que l'on vient dans cet hotel,toujours ravis.
Pros:

Accueil toujours très bien avec Meghan souriante.
Ne pas hésiter à demander si problème avec chambre...
Ils nous avaient donné une petite chambre alors que nous avions réservé une grande.
Centre spa et piscine toujours impeccable avec repos sur fauteuil chaud en pierre.

Une excellente étape avant de visiter l'Ecosse.
Pros:

Toujours très bien, avec possibilité d'aller à la piscine chauffée, pas très profonde mais idéale pour exercices. Hammam.
