Convenient, comfy beds but feels old, and not in a good way
Pros:

Location is excellent, friendly staff, room with a view of Scot Monument, decent size.

Cons:

Was told room is renovated but didn’t feel like it. Bathroom facility is subpar.
Breakfast is mediocre
Coffee in dining room is too weak
Too many stairs, not wheelchair accessible.
No lobby access for drop off and pick up
Overall the property feels stale. Needs an upgrade.

Opis pokoju niezgodny z rzeczywistoscia. Z opisu wynika ze pokoj jest umieszczony na tylach budynku ale nie ma informacji ze jest absolutny brak dostepu do swiatla dziennego, szyby w oknach matowe "lazienkowe" nie przepuszczajace swiatla, chyba nigdy nie myte z zewnątrz. Brak mozliwosci uchylenia okna wiecej niz kilka cm. Brak nawet mozliwosci zobaczenia jaka pogoda na zewnatrz bez wychodzenia z budynku.
Zalana lazienka, woda lejaca sie z sufitu najpierw z jednego ze swiatel a pozniej ze wszystkich swiatel w lazience. Opozniona i lekcewaząca reakcja personelu hotelu, ponad godzina czekania na zamiane pokoju. Na 3dni pobytu 2dni winda byla nieczynna.

Can’t find a better location or more helpful staff! Rooms were comfortable, quiet, and comfy, if a little worse for wear.

Pros:

To anyone coming - please know that their elevators are out with no answers as to when they will be fixed
Also know there are no safes no irons and in some rooms no wardrobes
