La personenelle! Surtout Bea qui était a l'accueil à notre arrivé à 00:23! Super gentille et sympa, merci pour les conseils !
Petit déjeuner très correct, très bon emplacement pour les arrivés tradifs ou départ très tôt le matin.
Propre, douche modern, lit confortable

On entend pas mal les voisins.

Cons:

Very disappointing, especially at that price. “View” was terrible. Our room was a long walk from the one elevator. There was no AC in the room. Staff was ok, but weren’t especially welcoming or attentive. I expected more from a Holiday Inn property; it was not a great way to end a fabulous trip to Scotland.

Terrible - and booking.com scammed us with one price which upon paying the hotel it went up 75 pound
Cons:

This room was the most expensive room on our whole trip and it was terrible. The room ws boiling when we walked in and it has a tiny window opening with no ventilation. We had a loud fan and by the time we left had asked for another fan. It sounded like a loud factory all night. The bed was smaller than a full for my husband and I. He had to lay completely flat so as to not block to fan air. We could not figure out how to turn the lights on and finally got through to the front desk who informed us to put the room key into a slot in the wall. This was not told us in advance. We were left one small coffee packet each. We would like our money back.

Breakfast starts at 0400, reliable frequent shuttle to airport
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast started at 0400!! No one else starts that early! Great location, and the shuttle runs every 10 minutes, which only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport. Staff was helpful and friendly
