Nicht immer sauber
It was clean apart from the bathroom floor .
Having to wait 20 minutes for a cup to have a hot drink in and didn’t end up getting one . How does a hotel run out of cups ?
Downstairs was beautiful but rooms just basic
A member of staff was shocking and very rude I had to argue with him to let me into the hotel after travelling and being at a funeral all day

Very nice hotel with very good facilities and a nice modern public facing bar, restaurant etc
My room was very large and specious and although perhaps a little dated it was very clean and tidy and the bed excellent. What let it down was a broken toilet roll showing poor maintenance and a shower head from the 80’s which didn’t flow correctly and sprayed water in every direction but you could get a shower, the bathroom was generally very good and clean, plenty of towels, so all in all quite decent. Just those 2 things let it down
