We stay here regularly and are never disappointed with the service. Staff are always polite and friendly. Food is good from the buffet breakfast to the restaurant at bight time.
Nothing not to like
Easy access from A78. Large single floor hotel with free parking (register at reception). Conference rooms and wedding reception facilities. Large bar area and restaurant. Reasonable size room with tea/coffee.
Had to wait half hour for room. Second bed was not that comfortable. Furniture in room was past its best. Buffet breakfast was poor. Coach parties made meal times busy.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Beds were uncomfortable, and rooms lacked air-conditioning. Food in restaurant depending on clearly what chef was on.

Buffet breakfast
Booked a twin and double for my family. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were great. Parking was easy. The bar staff were fantastic.
The 2 rooms we booked were so far away from each other. One upstairs, the other downstairs and far away down the corridor. Asking at reception when we arrived if they were close, the man said no and didn't really care. Coach tours seem to take priority.
