Location, decor nice, it was quiet.
Location of room was at the far end of the hotel. Breakfast was ok- selection poor, wasn't updated regularly.
Friendly staff and comfortable lounge area.
Wedding that was taking place was exceptionally loud. Slightly spoiled the atmosphere in the shared lounge area.

Greeted by very friendly and professional staff. The decor at the reception/bar/restaurant is beautiful.
The rooms are very dated and a bit of a let down. When I saw the reception area, I thought it was nice and modern but the rooms are very tired and in need of a renovation. I had a bedside table missing, the lights and mirrors looked like something from 1990, the lights were flickering in the bathroom, the floor and wall tiles were a mismatch which wasn’t very appealing on the eye. It was such a shame as everything else was exceptional.

Other guests being very noisy, children running about after midnight. Little consideration for other guests trying to sleep.
All staff were pleasant. Room has comfirtable and spacious.
Shower had curtain and should be updated to screen.

Erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli. Huoneet olivat ihanat ja sängyt todella mukavat. Aamiainen oli hyvä vaikka ruuhka-aikaan osa tuotteista pääsi hetkellisesti loppumaan. Ilmainen pysäköinti oli suuri plussa. Majoittuisimme täällä mielellämme uudelleen.
Breakfast was good plenty to choose from ..
We only had one bedside cabinet in room 234 ..rooms had been cleaned before we arrived left over food rubbish empty btls were left in corridor all day and evening sitting on trolleys they were still there at 11pm !!
Everything was good and spotless, excellent breakfast and the Room was nice and comfy.
