I have visited this hotel on many occasions and always return. As previously stated, the hotel is lovely and clean. Exceptional staff. Nice choice of food and reasonably priced. Good location, near the centre of the town.
The food at the breakfast buffet never seems to be very hot. Although it is replaced often and is warm when it comes out of the kitchen but it never seems to hold the heat. It doesn't stop me from returning, minor problem but maybe something that could be looked at.
everything was great The room was clean and tidy the bed was comfortable and the food was delicious
The breakfast was better than average with a fair selecton of hot and cold food. The dinner menu was quite acceptable with the service being prompt and courteous . A pleasant dining room arrangement.
Pretty long walk along the upper corridor. I did think there was a mirror at the end but no ,it's just a very long haul with baggage. To be fair there are baggage trolleys on the floor but I did miss them when first going to the room.

Restaurant,bar and reception are were very nicely styled. Large selection for breakfast. Safe, hairdryer and ironing board come as standard in the room (so no need to order or pay extra for).
No facilities (pool, gym/sauna or salon). Bathroom a little in need of refurb (or grouting/silicone redone).
Beautiful and clean
Went down for breakfast 30mims before it was due to finish as my pregnant partner was feeling sick to be told we’d need to hurry or brunch was starting and would need to pay!
Barman stuart was very nice great at his job and very knowlegable food was great and great value
