Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Location is fantastic, great view over the beach and ocean for whale watching and yummy breakfast. 2nd time we have stayed in 6 months. We will be back! We parked the car and walked everywhere.

Pros:

upgrade complimentary room was amazing and made the whole experience. The whales were even breaching throughout the day

Pros:

I had accidentally booked the wrong night, the next night rather than the one I needed. The staff were extremely helpful in sorting it out, even matching the price on a more expensive night. I can't thank them enough.

Pros:

Ease of check-in. The location was good. The restaurant and bar were a welcome bonus. It was in close proximity to an awesome Thai restaurant (Sticky Rice).

Cons:

The rooms are smallish and a bit tired. The shower water pressure was ordinary. The beds were too soft, like big marshmallows.
