The excellent location. Near the beach, near the light rail, opposite an ice cream shop and close to lovely restaurants.
Louise also helped with our tv. When she couldnt get it to work she gave us access to the room next door to use that tv. Thank you Louise.

Also a fridge full of mini bar items which we had to remove to pop our food in.
