Staff was very friendly, and accommodating with our requests.
Cons:

The entrance of the Hotel is a bit obscure. You have the awning over the stairs but when walking the stairs are a bit obscure and walked past them. There's nothing saying that it is the entrance, on the door that is noticeable. On the wall it says night entrance. Of course presumably this is where you swipe your card to gain access after hours. Or maybe we were so excited that my friend and I completely missed it. Regards Mary

The View of the beach

Cons:

Balcony too small, carpet dated, shower difficult to get the right temperature, mini bar had the bare minimum on offer. Room service took an hour to arrive. Charges on our bill for services we did not order.

Great spot
Pros:

It’s very easy to walk to the town, of course great view of the beach but in fact a bit loud for me not being a great sleeper.

Cons:

It’s a tired looking hotel and my main complaint is the lighting in the reception and restaurant area. It’s far to bright - when we arrived back after dinner (in town) it felt like a hospital brightness. Dimmers would be the way to go or warm LCDs

Extremely disappointing.
Pros:

The location is its saviour.

Cons:

The whole property was tired and dirty. It is over priced for the quality of the facilities. The breakfast is overpriced for the quality as well. I won’t be staying again and wouldn’t recommend it. Extremely disappointing sadly.

The staff and room were great.

The Restaurant was very disappointing.
I understood that it was a limited menu, however some of the meals were lacking ingredients mentioned in menu.
