The beds were comfy and nice looking room.

The room had a strange smell, which wasn’t good for my small children. Also the wifi didn’t work.

With a few improvements it could be a lot better.

Bathroom door could not be closed from the outside, causing a draft. TV Remote didn't work. The bed sheet had holes in it. It was far away from the city centre.

Enjoyable, good value and well run motel.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, hot chocolate was hot and beautifully presented. Restaurant menu looked delicious and inclusive of all tastes & cultures.
The staff were friendly, polite, efficient and honest in all facets of our holiday stay.
The motel and gardens were well maintained, clean and family friendly. Swimming pool, tennis courts and gazebo looked new and immaculately clean. Supper function room tgat is well supported locally
We requested an early check in and a room was prepared for us several hours in advance.
Extremely impressed.

Cons:

The mattress was too hard for my personal preference and the shower (in our room) was inconsistent based on the time of day.
