IMPORTANT NOTICE – POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Location and friendly service. Apart from that no views, TV was shit, we had to be subscribed to services to gain TV access even free TV. Anyway this was our 3rd option and it was avaliable at the time for last minute Travellers.

Pros:

Loved the location, size of the room and shower and friendly staff! Very easy after hours check in too :)

Cons:

Nothing really. Yes there’s construction next door but I didn’t find the noise offensive and was warned of this when booking - would stay again!
