Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

Great spot close to shops, beach and a couple of pubs. Good for some peace and quiet. Unfortunately there is construction next door, blocking views, but the room was well decorated and comfortable. Friendly staff and close to public transport. Highly recommend!

Best staff on the Gold Coast
Pros:

We have stayed here twice and all the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. 😍. The large vehicle parking was greatly appreciated 👍

More affordable stay but no luxury to it in the superior suite. Just feels like a motel staying for the night over espec
Pros:

Tram right outside the place, we didn’t use it but that’s convenient. Also love the free parking that comes with the property

Cons:

The spa pool was not heated enough especially coming up to the cold season. You get a balcony but unless you’re on levels 3 or 4, the view is not pleasant. Your view is construction which you were warned about. The rooms felt a little outdated. You were only provided one towel each even though there were pools so hotel should take this into account

If your budget is tight then maybe ok, but next time I’ll go somewhere more expensive.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and engaged and also upfront ahead of stay about noise from tram development and building next door which was much appreciated.

Cons:

Needs a refresh. Only hanging space for clothes. Outlook onto a building site.

Cons:

We booked this hotel whilst on the road and informed them we needed parking. We informed them about our arrival time.
When we arrived the road was blocked and the parking not accessible. No staff around to help or assist. Only a code to open a safe with our key.
On the day of departure they informed us through the booking-messaging system that there would be road blocks. Too late and too little.
