IMPORTANT NOTICE – POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION NOISE
Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Good value for money, convenient and clean.
Pros:

Convenient location for the tram, food and beach.
Basic facilities with everything you need for a night or 2. Very clean.

Cons:

Was very basic for a superior room. I think the superior rating was simply due to the location of the room which was not on the roadside and therefore quieter. We couldn’t have the curtains open though due to lack of privacy straight out onto the pool and construction.

What I liked was everything staff, room, pool and the amazing hot tub visually appealing and perfectly fine construction didn't bother me so much at all.
