Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night.
While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary).
We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

What I liked was everything staff, room, pool and the amazing hot tub visually appealing and perfectly fine construction didn't bother me so much at all.

Great hotel but so noisy outside

Rooms and cleanliness were fine

Cons:

So noisy being in the highway side, definitely need double glazed windows. Not the hotels fault but we couldnt sleep from the drag racing and tyres screeching outside.

Great location & lovely people
Pros:

Excellent location close to beach, walk ways, Supermarkets shops & restaurants etc. Across road Mike's Bikes hires retro Cruiser bicycles and cruise the cycle paths beside the beach. Park your car in the basement, go for a swim,walk or cycle.

Cons:

Construction, we went out during the day, so not affected too much.

Location is great for restaurants supermarket etc. B3ach about 5 minute walk ♥

Cons:

We knew it was going to be noisy as we can all read it on the description of property . However that didn't bother us at all as it was pretty quiet. It is the view that is most off putting no fault of hotel as it is a huge building going up next door so obviously permanent. Would stay again for convenience to where we wanted to go.
