Pros:

Front desk staff were really helpful on check in. There were lots of choices for breakfast and they were well cooked. Location was excellent for us. Having parking nearby was great.

Cons:

There was a real problem with the floor. The carpet was uneven and had ridges in it. This made it most disconcerting to walk on.

Very average. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time even though I’ve stayed at Rockford for years
Pros:

Lovely reception although I don’t like being called sweetie.
Great croissants for breakfast.

Cons:

The floor in my room felt like it had no underlay- it was like walking on a lumpy road. Just terrible .
The tap in the bathroom was loose and I had to press hard to stop it dripping.
The waitress at breakfast was sniffing.

Although we only stayed one night, the staff were pleasant, the hotel suited us.
Pros:

Room was comfy & clean. Was horrified to hear it's currently a "thing" to clean ones knickers in the Nespresso machine(!) so won't be using one of those again. Not that there is any suggestion this was the case here.
Buffet breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

We struggled to find the rubbish bin, expected one in the bathroom. No big deal. We found it.
