Showers weren’t very clean
Location of hotel was really good for main shopping Mall and local transport connections.
The room was temperature controlled by the general heating of the hotel and the room was cold to sit around in! Asked at reception for heating controls, the very nice receptionist came up to the room to source the heating controls hidden in a panel above the T.V. However, turning on the reverse cycle A/C unit did not increase the room temperature at all. Resorted to extra blankets from reception to wrap up in and leaving the heat lamps in the shower room on and wedging the door open when in the room
Location and the room is spacious and comfortable. Love the heated lighting in the bathroom.. 😊

Clean and great looking hotel. Friendly service desk staff bed was comfortable.
The room we were in faced the alley. Not too much of a care about the view though you could hear everything. The night life people messing about. The chunder in the alley. Also the full breakfast in the morning felt like a rip. $33 per head yet they were always out of the staples like bacon and eggs. Made me feel like we weren’t getting the moneys worth.
