Beautiful surroundings with maintained grounds & trees, accessible outdoor seating, quiet environment with heritage buildings, wonderful & friendly staff willing to accommodate needs, and close to supermarket, eateries, and other facilities including their in-house restaurant and bar.

Cons:

Parking tends to be a little cramped but it’s really not a massive issue.

Cleaners just coming in our room while we were still jn bed it didnt have breakfast facilities. It was noisy, and felt lower grade than what we thought it would be. Homeless looking patrons

One night stay
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside grounds were well maintained.

Cons:

Very small dining area. Reception person was lovely but also responsible for serving drinks and attending customers in the gaming area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room and the hotel in general was tired looking. Could do with a refresh with paint, our bathroom tap couldn't be turned off and trickled continuously. The window we looked out of had a broken balcony. It was only a decorative balcony but the palings were broken and left lying on the floor.

Needs a lot of money spent on the rooms.
Pros:

The pool was lovely and clean, staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Shower door didn’t close properly.
Broken tiles in bathroom under vanity/cupboard.
Worst of all was as another rooms air conditioner which banged and rattled for a few hours until the occupants turned it off.

Overall very fine. Staff helpful, courteous. Lovely and quiet. Fabulous surroundings, easy walk to small shop areas. Lake and ducks terrific. Beautiful nature setting.
Calm, peaceful. Car parking close by and free.
