Location as it was where we needed to be
Cleaners just coming in our room while we were still jn bed it didnt have breakfast facilities. It was noisy, and felt lower grade than what we thought it would be. Homeless looking patrons
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside grounds were well maintained.
Very small dining area. Reception person was lovely but also responsible for serving drinks and attending customers in the gaming area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room and the hotel in general was tired looking. Could do with a refresh with paint, our bathroom tap couldn't be turned off and trickled continuously. The window we looked out of had a broken balcony. It was only a decorative balcony but the palings were broken and left lying on the floor.

The pool was lovely and clean, staff were very friendly.
Shower door didn’t close properly.
Broken tiles in bathroom under vanity/cupboard.
Worst of all was as another rooms air conditioner which banged and rattled for a few hours until the occupants turned it off.
Overall very fine. Staff helpful, courteous. Lovely and quiet. Fabulous surroundings, easy walk to small shop areas. Lake and ducks terrific. Beautiful nature setting.

I left to shops so when I got back I had to park right out the back.

Having to change 3 rooms.
1st we didn't geta spa as requested.
2ND we got transferred to one with one in it, but had to change again as the drains and smell from the bathroom were disguisting. Sewerage smell.
It took 3qmd a half hours before being able to unpack our bag.
