Comfortable and accessible.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to lots of places to eat and get good coffee. We walked around Launceston to various locations, a very interesting City. The parking was very helpful as we could leave the car and walk to most places. The breakfast was good to start our day.

Cons:

The establishment is a bit tired and shabby. I was surprised it was rated 4 star. I was expecting something a bit more modern. The check in was a bit confused maybe could have more information to help. Also there was roadworks outside our room all night for 2 nights. I understand that that was outside your control but a heads up would have been nice.

Location was fantastic - close to restaurants/bars/pubs. Staff were very helpful and provided a suggested itinerary for travel to Cradel Mountain which ended up being a lovely way to see the countryside.

Great comfortable hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Complementary breakfast was very good, various options. Location was great for shopping, sight seeing and restaurants. Good carpark. Staff were lovely at all interactions with lots of good recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants

Cons:

The location is on a slight hill which could be challenging for some people for walking. We enjoyed it.
