Senior staff not helpful or concerned after fall in bathroom.
Pros:

Room was clean and cleaners were fantastic.
Very small room and dated.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Had a very nasty fall in bathroom. I now have a damaged knee. Also have a slash on my head. Staff knew and saw me taken away in ambulance but showed no interest. Caused by ultra shiny oily floor.
No breakfast in room which I could have done with as I was injured.
When I asked for room to be cleaned after fall the cleaner was great and helped me but supervisor showed no concern at all.
The office only has short opening hours.

Cons:

Being accused of breaking the curtin wand in our room by the Manager. The manager made the young girl at reception to ring us to inform of the cost. $30
