Excellent, we have stayed there before and would recommend.
Pros:

The building and room were warm and comfortable for the August weather. Location was excellent for our visit, and the breakfast was what we expected. Checkin and checkout was easy. The building is an old style, clean and comfortable with parking included.

Great location, walking distance to everything in the CBD of Hobart. Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location, on the doorstop of waterfront and Salamanca markets. Lots of very informative brochures. Ability to make tea and toast, plus microwave. Reception closes after a certain time but security access after hours was key card.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
