Overall a great location, rooms were a good size and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to central Launceston.

Cons:

Found the room to be a bit on the chilly side even with the heater going, possibly a front facing room may have been better.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean, well laid out and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

My only negative was the noise that would come from the toilet at random times through out the night which woke me .

Pros:

The man who owns this place is lovely, his breakfast in the morning is awesome and the cleanliness and nothing is too much of a hassle attitude from all staff made us love this place

I would not recommend this place for people with disabilities or medical issues.
Pros:

I liked the balcony. The breakfast that you pay for is a a slim bread and cereal selection unlike the add i paid for a full breakfast. That was available only to the people that booked directly with the motel.

Cons:

They turn off the air conditioning on the first day of winter. We were hot and called after hours number and was told the above. The after hours person could not tell us where breakfast was served as she has never even seen this motel. I have a medical condition that requires me to sleep in a sitting position. I asked for more pillows at the time of booking. This was not made available. The beds are double/queen very small.
