We had a nice, comfortable, affordable stay that met expectations and would recommend to others.
Pros:

Room was clean and beds were comfy, nice spacious room, good quality for the price we paid. Lots of outlets and wasn't drafty at all. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. This was our second time staying there and we would go again if in the area.

Cons:

There was some noise in the middle of the night from other customers, but not the fault of the hotel. No hand towels, only face washer, bath mat and normal towel. Limited soap.

Clean, neat and great value.
Pros:

The room was very large and spacious, a bit of an older room, but clean, neat and smelt nice. I appreciated the biscuits :) Very friendly and informative reception.

The room was spacious.

Cons:

Room wasn’t soundproof, could hear your neighbours and the traffic outside. Shower was tiny for how big the bathroom was and only got one hot shower. No cutlery or crockery, was only given two towels for 4 people. Would not go back

Very good experience even they upgraded our room into 2 bedroom apartments without any extra cost. I always prefer comfort hotel Dandenong. Very good service. Thank you

Dodgy people everywhere. I was surprised when the hotel offered me $10 for a 5 star review. Now I understand why.
Had creepy druggies knocking on my door at all hours, the floor of the room was pretty damaged. No microwave. No utensils. Epically because the ad says microwave available!

Ok price, quiet, clean. Brand new bathroom. OK value for money. I’d stay here again if only in the area for one night.

Location was good and good parking.

Cons:

Simple things like the door would snib shut properly. I feel like I overpaid, having paid an pet fee through booking.com. The hotel requested an additional pet fee.

Furthermore, I left after 1 njght due to safety concerns. Was denied reimbursment for the remaining days.
