Pros:

L'emplacement, la qualité de la literie, la propreté, la salle de bain.

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre malgré des températures extérieures autour de 20 degrés : nous avons ete contraints de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Même si la rue n'est pas très bruyante, ce n'est pas confortable.
La cuisine est peu équipée (pas de poêle, pas de passoire, pas d'huile et vinaigre à dispo). Pas de possibilité de laver du linge. A plus de 160 euros la nuit, ces équipements sont attendus.

L emplacement, la proximité du métro, l accueil

Cons:

Les travaux et le bruit de la rue (voitures qui passent très vite le soir. Heureusement il y a un double vitrage. Dommage qu il facile tout de même fermer les fenêtres.

Buen hotel, bien ubicado!
Pros:

Muy buen hotel. Me gustó. La ubicación era buena y la pieza espaciosa. El personal de la entrada era muy amable.

Cons:

Falta aire acondicionado en las piezas. El sillón cama no era muy cómodo.
Reservamos una noche adicional que no usamos. Intenté cancelarla con anticipación y no me lo permitieron...

Мы приехали в отель душным вечером. Сразу поразило, что он не имеет ничего общего с фото, атмосфера была совсем другой. Сотрудница на ресепшн показалась слишком занятой и недружелюбной. Знаете когда они прям делают какие-то дела, хотя перед ними стоит человек и ждёт? Такого плана. В отеле не работал лифт, ей приходилось объяснять это всем постояльцем (повесить табличку?) и это сделало чекин гораздо более долгим. Настроение было уже так себе, но оно испортилось окончательно, когда мы поднялись в комнату. Там не было кондиционера, как обещалось на букинге, вместо этого на потолке висел вентилятор, который в 40 градусную жару совершенно не спасал. Запах стоял совершенно застоявшийся, окна не открывались — хотя это вряд ли помогло. У моей дочери синусоидная бракихардия, отсутствие кислорода и жара часто провоцирует у нее обмороки. Нам с сыном просто было совершенно некомфортно. Мы взяли чемоданы, развернулись и вышли. На ресепшене я спросила есть ли у них номер с кондиционером, как заявлено на сайте и чего ты точно ожидаешь от отеля за 350 евро за ночь. Она сказала что нет. Будет завтра. Но оставаться там и проводить драгоценные дни отпуска в таком ужасном месте я просто не могла. Она стала звонить менеджеру, но менеджер не отвечал. Я просто забронировала отель за ту же цену ближе к центру и помимо этого инцидента мы потрясно провели время в Берлине. Я конечно сразу написала в букинг и они пытались вернуть мои деньги. Вместо 1100 евро отель вернул нам 36. Стыд и позор, ребята.

A localização é boa, no entanto nossa experiência lá foi bem ruim. O check-in é a partir das 15h. Chegamos as 17h e nos pediram para esperar pois precisavam checar se o quarto já estava pronto. Ficamos na recepção aguardando esta liberação, cansados pois ja estavamos vibdo de outro lugar e com todas as malas. Neste processo esquecemos na recepção uma caixa com vinhos. Quando nos demos conta que havíamos deixado a caixa lá (2 dias depois) eles haviam consumido os vinhos... não existe uma política clara de achados e perdidos. Cuidado. Além disso o apartamento estava sujo. O micro-ondas estava cheio de ovo estourado, as lixeiras cheias de lixo e em um dos dias a energia deu pane e metade do quarto não funcionava. Lá não tem ar condicionado e fomos no verão. Nesta pane os ventiladores pararam de funcionar. O responsável só resolveu no dia do incidente a questão porque insistimos que não daria para dormir sem os ventiladores funcionando porque ele disse que o eletricista não ficava no local e provavelmente só iria no dia seguinte. Enfim, complicado.

Great base for our city break
Pros:

Good location and lovely staff. Room ideal for dad and his 23 year old daughter travelling to Berlin for first time, with bedroom and sofa bed in living room, and most importantly, two doors into the bathroom, so no need to disturb. Apartment had everything we needed.

Cons:

Weather was very hot in mid July and although the ceiling fans tried their best, some air con would have been nice. That's all I can think of though.

Moderne Appartements ohne Klimatisierung und ohne Reinigung bzw. nur alle 7 Tage

Es war ein modernes Appartement . Alles war recht neu und bis auf Kleinigkeiten auch sauber

Cons:

Wir wussten nicht, dass die tägliche Zimmerteinigung extra kostet und zwar 55 Euro pro Tag . Empfanden wir als Wucher . Neue Handtücher haben wir kostenlos bekommen .

Es gab keine Klimaanlage aber einen ganz speziellen runden Ventilator über dem Bett . War trotzdem sehr warm .

Die entlüftung im Bad lief nicht . Am ersten Tag Stank es extrem nach Abfluss . Wir haben uns beschwert . Am 2. Tag ging es viel besser , sie müssen was reingekippt haben .

Einmal haben wir dort gefrühstückt. Das Obst für 5 Euro bestand aus einem
Minischälchen mit Blaubeeren und Himbeeren . Ein Witz ehrlich .
