Good for airport transfer stay
Pros:

Great free airport transfers. Friendly front office staff.

Cons:

Curtains were a bit shabby and didn’t quite close properly. Room was cold on arrival but warmed up.

Great 1 night stop on arrival in to Melbourne
Pros:

It was great to get off the plane and have access to a shuttle pretty easily. The room was super quiet and staff welcomed us despite the late hour.

Cons:

It served our purpose well so we had no complaints at all.

The Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Perfect to stay if you are doing a connection/ layover in Melbourne. The shuttle was on time and they also gave us a wake up call. The room was clean, and bed super confortable!
I would definitely stay again if I need to be close to the airport

Good location, but watch out for inflexible checkout time!

Close to airport, 2 bedrooms, reasonable size.

Cons:

No kitchenette. The biggest drawback is that they are totally INFLEXIBLE with checkout time. I have never seen an airport hotel that doesn't allow late checkouts, even with a modest charge. This hotel charges a full night charge to extend the checkout time from 10am to noon! That was ridiculous...and the best part, they weren't that full either. They could have extended as a courtesy or for a nominal charge like other hotels typically do.

Will continue to stay here for as long as they keep up the standards, and I can continue to travel.
Pros:

It’s very convenient to the airport and long term parking business we use. Although they also have their own airport shuttle.
The buffet breakfast is excellent value and the lady in the breakfast room ( whose name I really should ask) is a delight and always very sweet and welcoming. I hope the Hotel appreciates her! Also the reception staff are genuinely nice, not that fake “ I’ve had some kind of hospitality training that says I have to smile and welcome you” kind of way.
Rooms are nice and clean, sheets are crisp and towels bright and white.

Got a room for the 5 of us, excellent service getting our visitors to the airport on the shuttle on time, thanks.

Beds were a bit small for a couple of us and it was noisy with traffic up until 11pm
