We have always felt comfortable there that’s why we go back 🙂
Pros:

We have stayed quite a few times over years (Locals mandurah )
Like the safe car parking , and prox to the Cas and Fin.. Irish bar 🍻

Clean room, nice staff, good location and fair price.

Cons:

The couch was broken and uncomfortable, and the table was unstable and wobbly. You couldn't rest your arms on it without it moving. Could use some updates though
