We needed a cheap centrally located place to stay with free parking - we got that.
Pros:

Location, free parking and price is what we were looking for - excellent central location.

Cons:

It is clear that a major refurbishment is needed - carpets are worn and stained, furniture in the rooms is damaged, kitchenware is mismatched, refrigerator is only just cold and shower stall is mouldy.

Location was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price point is good

Cons:

No power points next to the bed but not a deal breaker. The TV wasn't great - the remote not very responsive and just the basic channels.

Pros:

Location fit with why the whole family was in Perth. Free parking in the city was a bonus.

Cons:

Rooms are Dated and hallways are musty, zero airflow. We got two rooms and one had no air conditioning for eithe heating or cooling. would not recommend in summer.

Acceptable for the price point.
Pros:

The location, staff and some facilities were good. Good to have a kettle, toaster and microwave with cutlery and crockery. On-site parking was a great thing to have.

Cons:

The shower was terrible for having inconsistent water temp and the shower head didn’t stay up properly.

Bed was not great when sleeping next to someone else.
