a lot of noise coming from second floor(gym perhaps)
Pros:

stayed overnight on friday june 19,left saturday june 20 in am, and upon arriving we noticed are room the door wouldn’t open properly, or close(had to slam the door), the hallways and room smelt musty and like cigarette smoke. when i took my shoes and was walking around the room the carpet was wet feeling really bad could even feel it through our socks, the bathtub had like cigarette burn type indents on it, and was old looking and i don’t know it the gym or something was directly above our room but from at least 11:30am-at least 5-6am I heard a lot of footsteps-banging-and stuff dropping on floor, if it was the gym it should be closed from 9:30pm/10PM at night so people can sleep, so our whole night was ruined and couldn’t sleep, a lot of noise etc the breakfast area was decent a lot of grab and go options and things to eat from frozen in microwave or toaster. Will not be staying again did not enjoy my stay at all.

Decent but not good
Pros:

The morning staff was very pleasant. the evening staff was very cold.

Cons:

Breakfast was very subpar. I was not told during check-in that there would be multiple kids teams staying that night. Noise was a problem

Will not stay here again
Cons:

It was very busy the night we stayed, therefore very noisy. Seemed to be there was little to no hot water in the morning for even washing hands in the sink.

This hotel is hosting long term tenants living in squalor which made the whole place feel unclean.
Pros:

The female front desk staff member was very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel did quiet down after 11.

Cons:

The hallway towards our room was full of garbage, many rooms were open where we could see long term renters sitting in a hoarding situation. There were children playing in the hall which was a complete mess. We had to step over and around it. There were sketchy guys with hooded jackets who kept their heads down when we passed them which made me feel uncomfortable. Our door had a fairly large gap all the way around it so the light from the hallway seeped in and the lock didn’t feel secure. We listened to yelling and arguing till 11.
