Siistit huoneet, erittäin palvelualtis henkilökunta, loistava sijainti, ylellinen aamiainen.

Cons:

Illalla nettisovelluksen kautta tehty huonepalvelun ruokatilaus ei saapunut 1,5 tunnissa, jonka jälkeen soitin vastaanottoon kysyäkseni tilauksestani. Tilausta ei koskaan oltu kuitattu keittiöllä vaan odotti hyväksyntää. Peruin tilauksen.

Simply lovely
Pros:

The hotel itself is simply gorgeous. The rooms are nicely done, we had a newly refurbished room and it was stunning. Location was spot on. Centrally located. Service within the hotel was top notch. Loved ending the evening with a glass of wine in the bar. Lovely ambiance.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet, while good, was a bit pricey.

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with newly renovated large bathroom. Exceptional customer service. The front desk go out of their way to help with organizing activities, restaurant reservations and transportation. They even put a bag together of items we would need for sauna and delivered it to our room. It’s in a fantastic location.
