Perfect location and very friendly staff
Pros:

The location is perfect and there is parking available. Also staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are small. However, considering the price it was absolutely fine!

Very comfortable. The connection with Public transport was excellent. The Restaurants , shops were nearby the Hotel. I

It was a very good Hotel, everything was in the near. Good location and was very Clean. the Hotel staff were very friendly.

Very pleasant, comfortable hotel in a central location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, close to the old town and beach, nice little swimming pool, good air con and useful small balcony.

Cons:

Balcony was hard to access as there wasn’t sufficient room to open the door and we both banged our shins clambering out!

die Lage war top, zentral in der Innenstadt von Nizza

Cons:

1. Komfort und Ausstattung nicht auf **** Niveau; ich war schon in besser ausgestatteten ** Hotels.
2. Vorauszahlung bei Ankunft: das war das erste Mal, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt bei Ankunft komplett vorauszahlen musste (das ist mir als Vielreiser noch nie vorgekommen).
3. Inflexibilität des "Hotel Managers", als ich nach einer Nacht abreisen wollte, und eine Rückerstattung für die nicht benutzte Nacht verlangte. (Die Antwort war kategorisch: "Non.")
4. Frühstück nicht einmal auf "Hampton Inn" Niveau; die 22 Euro ist es nicht wert.
5. Tiefgarage: dunkel und eng (ich habe mir mein Auto zerkratzt).

Excellent séjour. A l'année prochaine.
Pros:

Très bien situé avec possibilité d'un parking en sous sol, très appréciable au centre ville.
Personnel très agréable, attentif et se mettant en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Malheureusement des clients peu respectueux, des traîne-savates dans un établissement de qualité.

Cons:

Un peu plus de rigueur pour les clients. Certains se promenent en maillots parce qu'ils viennent de la piscine. Les ascenceurs avec de l'eau au sol. Les personnel est vraiment patient !

Les femmes de chambre ne changent pas les draps tous les jours, et même si vous le demandez, Argumentent avec vous, filment les chambres avec vos affaires !! papier WC non changé, obligé d’écheler au supermarché !! On a failli venir aux mains !!
Le technicien de réparation entre dans la chambre sans même toquer alors qu’on s’en est plain. Vous imaginez les situations !!
Un hôtel même pas 2 étoiles compte tenu de la nullité du service.

Fabulous location for Nice centre.
Pros:

The air conditioning was fabulous! The room was comfy and large enough to move around.

Cons:

The wardrobe was in the hallway. It made it quite dark.
