The rooms, even if a bit small, were clean and well-equipped. Also ours had a lovely view to a street with lovely trees
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! Super friendly and helpful all of them. Leo in particular made a very good impression. We’ll definitely come back!

Cons:

The elevator —it is quite run down. Good thing, it’s not too many floors for using the stairs.

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait entre ville et mer.
Le parking souterrain est un plus.

Cons:

L’accueil était plutôt froid.
La chambre était pas super propre cheveux poussière et pas prête.
Nous avons dû demander chaque jour des serviettes de bain supplémentaire 2 adultes et un enfant.Nous avons l’habitude de voyager et clairement pas le niveau d’un 4 étoiles sauf le prix. Honnêtement si nous retournons à Nice nous n’irons pas là bas.

Pros:

Esperienza favolosa. Camera estremamente spaziosa e confortevole. Personale super attento. Piacevole l’uso della piscina. Posizione comodissima e parcheggio sorvegliato comodissimo per trasporto bagagli interno tramite ascensore. Ho adorato tutto.

Es ist eine gute Alternative

+ schnell zu Fuß am Puls des Geschehens
+ tolle Terrassengröße
+ sehr freundliches Personal
+ alles Notwendige vorhanden
+ funktionierender Kühlschrank
+ schneller und unkomplizierter CheckIn/CheckOut

Cons:

- bei Ankunft lagen noch benutzte Handtücher auf den Sonnenliegen
- Sauberkeit unter der Toilette und dem Waschbecken ausbaufähig
- der Allgemeinzustand (außer Bad) machte einen renovierungsbedürftigen Eindruck
- Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht (vielleicht auch dem geschuldet, dass an diesem Wochenende auch Formel1 GrandPrix in Monte-Carlo stattfand)

Je pense que l'établissement est sur-cote avec 4 ☆, mais l'emplacement stratégique compense le reste.

Cons:

Une négligence dans le personnel de ménage avec un incident un jour. En cette période estivale, les draps devraient être changés tous les jours et non tous les 3-4 jours .....
Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de variétés style saumon, salades ou légumes ..... au petit déjeuner
