L’accueil du personnel
La dimension de la chambre
Hôtel très sympa, dans un bâtiment moderne et agréable. Le personnel de la réception est particulièrement gentil, accueillant et disponible. Les chambres sont simples et un peu petites, mais elles restent confortables et suffisantes pour un court séjour.
Le principal point négatif concerne l’accueil au bar. Pour commander un cocktail à emporter, alors qu’il n’y avait personne d’autre et que j’étais le seul client, le barman m’a demandé de patienter devant le bar puis d’aller m’installer à une table pour attendre. J’ai trouvé cela assez étrange, d’autant plus que l’accueil manquait vraiment de convivialité : pas de bonjour, pas de merci ni de au revoir, même après avoir commandé plusieurs cocktails. C’est dommage, car cela contraste avec la gentillesse du personnel de réception. Un petit effort sur l’expérience client au bar serait vraiment appréciable.
