Please note that we will start large-scale renovation work on the outer wall on the following dates/times.
■ Work date: March 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to November 15, 2023 (Wednesday) *The construction period may be delayed due to weather.
*Completion of construction: Scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2023
■Working hours: 8:00-18:00 (construction noise: 10:00-16:00)
■ Work content: Exterior wall painting work, guest room window sash replacement work
* Scaffolding will be installed on the entire outer wall of the building and the entire building will be cured.
*Construction noise may be generated when scaffolding is being assembled or dismantled, guest room sashes are being replaced, or foundations are being repaired. (Temporary construction work, foundation repair work, window sash replacement work, sealing work, painting work, etc.)
【Notes】
*During the construction period, workers may move the scaffolding, so there will be a period when the sashes in the guest rooms will be covered with smoke film and the scenery will be spoiled.
*We will do our best to reduce noise and vibration as much as possible, but noise and vibration may occur during the day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. ちょっとがっかり
Pros:

スタッフの対応が親切でよかった

Cons:

チェックアウト11時なのに9時頃から清掃員が大声で掃除を始めるので、落ち着かない。

雨で寒くなったのでエアコンの設定温度を上げたが、部屋が暖まらなかった。

調光機能も固定されていた。

最高のロケーション！

ノルベサがまるまる見えるロケーションでした！
窓から見える景色は、最高の観光資源ですな〜
地下鉄、すすきの半かが、リッチ条件が更にいいですかね〜。また是非泊まりたいと、私の方で宿泊衝動が（笑）とても満足満足でした！

憩い
Pros:

トータル何泊したかわからないが、いつも使っているので、安心。

Cons:

クリーニングをお願いしたら、連休中は休みと言われたが、予約してから、事前に確認の連絡したら大丈夫と言われていたので持って行った。しっかりスタッフに周知しておいて欲しいです。
