Please note that we will start large-scale renovation work on the outer wall on the following dates/times.
■ Work date: March 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to November 15, 2023 (Wednesday) *The construction period may be delayed due to weather.
*Completion of construction: Scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2023
■Working hours: 8:00-18:00 (construction noise: 10:00-16:00)
■ Work content: Exterior wall painting work, guest room window sash replacement work
* Scaffolding will be installed on the entire outer wall of the building and the entire building will be cured.
*Construction noise may be generated when scaffolding is being assembled or dismantled, guest room sashes are being replaced, or foundations are being repaired. (Temporary construction work, foundation repair work, window sash replacement work, sealing work, painting work, etc.)
【Notes】
*During the construction period, workers may move the scaffolding, so there will be a period when the sashes in the guest rooms will be covered with smoke film and the scenery will be spoiled.
*We will do our best to reduce noise and vibration as much as possible, but noise and vibration may occur during the day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

朝食美味し朝食スタッフが元気で良かった

Cons:

フロントの女性の愛想が良くなかった．
朝2時頃に窓側にある空気清浄機の青点滅が気になり点灯して見たがわからず電源を切った．静かで良かったが残念でした

便利で快適
Pros:

すすき野のど真ん中で、周辺に飲食店も多く、交通の便が良い。レンタカーで駐車場を利用したが、ホテル地下の駐車場は満車で近くの提携駐車場に入れた。お手頃な価格で予約できてお得感が高かった。
