Pros:

The hotel was fully booked for the All Blacks and the staff went above and beyond to cater for everyone. Great communication, efficient checking in etc, offered free van to the game and location was perfect. Thank you.

Cons:

Nothing is good here or works. The air conditioning machine is way too noisy. So, in winter you don’t have heat while sleeping, if you want to sleep at all. The kettle, first time I used it I nearly got poisoned multiple “black specks” in the water. I’ve had to clean it to make it barely usable with still a risk of intoxication. And the staff, they tried to trick me changing me to another with the same level of noise. I am with an 8 years kid and they denied me a late check out complimentary or paying. This is with a De Luxe room I don’t want to even think about the regular ones. For a 4 stars no working restaurant and in the pub there isn’t food neither in noon nor later than 5pm. Leaving tomorrow morning to another hotel same price five stars.
