The lady at front desk was really attentive and friendly
The room was very basic and we seemed to get one that was the closest to the road. The hot water from the shower turned lukewarm after 3-4 minutes for my husband and then my son.
Parking, Cleanness
Our room had a distinctive smell, we couldn't get rid of, beds were semi uncomfortable. Also our bathroom had bit of awkward layout so if your plus size maybe uncomfortable to get to toilet
Staff are amazing - very friendly and helpful!

Elevator doesn't go up to the second floor...this was explained prior to arrival though.
The staff were wonderful. Meal at restaurant was lovely. Room comfortable and warm .
The toilet seat needs replacing . The bathroom mirror was not clean and hair in the sink .
Good value and great breaky
Felt like we’d stepped into a cottage somewhere in Europe while in the Lobby, then the rooms were surprisingly modern, they felt new and fresh. Our room was kindly upgraded and we were able to share a private communal space with our family next door, which felt like an added lounge area that we very much appreciated. Nice heating, comfy beds, friendly staff. Free parking always nice. Easy access to motorways.
Nothing major, a few extra towels would’ve been nice. Could hear the air conditioning unit outside and our window, just a low hum. Would’ve loved a microwave. While we found parks easy enough when we arrived, after a night out to dinner one of us had to park on the street. Nothing off putting, will be back!
Great location
The Smell on the lift,corridor even on the stairs. Also their is no garbage bin in the toilet.

Our room was near the stairwell and quite noisy but not a major. The worst thing was arriving back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning and having no way to get into the building as they do not have access using your room key. You must be let in my the reception. I waited outside in the rain for 15 minutes trying to call the reception desk, before eventually waking my wife up who then had to open up a side door to allow me into the building. If I had been staying there by myself I have no idea how long I would have had to wait to get access seven though it is advertised that the reception is manned 24/7, it definitely isn’t.

A few of the rooms features were faulty TV, lamps, bin. This hindered the experience.
