Pros:

Location was awesome to Eden Park for ABs game, even had a courtesy van for drop off. Walk from Eden park after the game wasn’t too bad.

Loved the accom, the accom staff and it was awesome they had a courtesy van to the rugby - amazing.

Cons:

The restaurant/bar staff. Wouldn't serve us cocktails (even though they advertised them on tables) or smoothies, at 4.15pm due to being 'too busy'. And then when we went in for breakfast, the person at counter again explained they were busy (they had 3 tables seated) and discouraged us by saying the wait would be very long. We left and didn't spend our money there. I explained this when I checked out and the staff were very apologetic.
