It dark and daunting for a conference centre
Pros:

The location and the amazing shower

Cons:

Nobody on reception on arrival or check out. Lucky I had a sim in my phone for NZ because I had to call them for attention. Very poorly sign posted.

Cons:

Noisy. Music until late. Noisy hallways. Walls not sound proof. Rooms could be cleaner - hair in bathroom etc. nowhere to wash dishes other than bathroom sink. Hallways with paint spills on carpet, not vacuumed. Appears to be used for emergency accommodation / longer term residents.
