Pros:

The new renovation has really uplifted the place evrything has upgraded and looks great especially the bathrooms and tv options you get netflix sports etc its a smart tv thanks guys ill see yous next round

Comfortable accomodation
Pros:

Enough parking. Easy check in. Near public transport which we used to go to a show at Mt Eden.

Cons:

Nothing. Just need a bit of navigation to make sure you take the right turn off for the accomodation.

Cons:

The outside was a pig sty. Rubbish every where, rooms with crowds partying. Wedding in the reception which was extra loud. Very dirty hallway and outside. No locked gates.

Bathroom was nice and clean

Cons:

The neighbours were loud you can hear when everyone comes and goes the beds are abit hard not very comfortable they didn’t refund my bond until I called to let them know.

Rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable, it was in the perfect place close to Dew Drop conference .
Pros:

Room was really clean and modern. Everything you needed for a 3 day stay. Shower was lovely, towels etc

Cons:

Just the outside of our room, area was untidy and full of smoke butts. No sink to wash dishes.

Great place to stay on a public transport route. Great staff who gave great service.
Pros:

The location was great. A bus stop outside the gate. Friendly staff,good room,very good bed. Everything was kept clean and tidy. I had lost my phone on my last day while away. The shift manager organized a staff member to wake me around 4:45am then taxi me to the airport by 6am to check in for my flight home. That is great service anywhere.

Cons:

Dishes not being washed in the bathroom sink.
