Pros:

The rooms are nice and modern. The beds comfortable. However, outside is disgusting. From our balcony all we could see on the ground is rubbish. For someone that has OCD it's quite off-putting. Which is such a shame coz the receptionist was lovely and the rooms so nice.

Excellent, will be returning.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, clean and tidy, lovely service, easy to access the city

Cons:

Would recommend easier access to contacting staff when at front desk, maybe something like a doorbell type system. Still relatively easy to contact once called via phone.
