Comfy and appropriate, however; grounds in bad state.
Pros:

The room waa very clean and comfortable. Appreciated i waa given an option for upstairs or downstairs.

The room was well appointed

Cons:

The premises were very under maintained. I suspect there are a lot of renovations ongoing as the corridors were messy with paint marks and dirt. Likely left behind from tradesmen or contractors. The carpark area had a lot of random building and construction materials everywhere. The grounds need a general sweep because there are mounds of leaves and rubbish accumulating.

But for the price point this is understandable, yet it doesnt excuse it.

Pleasant overnight stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable and adequate for the one night I was there. Nice shower and tea/coffee facilities. Biscuits might have been a nice addition to the choice.

Cons:

There was a fan in the bathroom that was on all the time. It increased its speed when the light was turned on. The noise of the fan with the light off could still be heard while dropping off to sleep.
It was evident that there was redecorating being undertaken, with no signage apologising for the mess.

Pros:

The room was newly renovated

Cons:

The carpet had big red stains. The aircon in the hallways was very loud and I had yo put a towel at the bottom of the door to muffle the noise. The common areas were filthy

The new renovation has really uplifted the place evrything has upgraded and looks great especially the bathrooms and tv options you get netflix sports etc its a smart tv thanks guys ill see yous next round
