Helt ok, men dyrt i forhold til prisen - men New York er dyr.

Virkede til at være nyt og moderne

Cons:

Morgenmadspersonalet. De var ikke særlig venlige eller fleksible. Og den ene elevator virkede ikke så det tog meget lang tid at komme op og need.

The room has almost no lighting and was very dark. I think a light needs to be replaced in there. The air conditioning unit was broken and only one slow elevator was working.

The property's location was the main reason I chose to stay here with my family for my first visit to New York, and we are happy with our choice. Also, the Staff at this property are very professional, helpful and always there to serve you.

Cons:

The elevator & parking service. One of the elevators was being shut down for the entire time. There is no parking on the hotel premises, but a Car park is nearby. Car parking is very costly and be aware of that before travelling with your car.

Tolle Lage - Hotel ist empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Leider gab es kein Brot, keinen Käse und keinen Schinken.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr sauber (hatten zwei Doppelbetten für 3 Personen). Leider gab es keinen Kleiderschrank.

A 2 star experience for the price of a 4 star
Pros:

The location was great and the size of the room was satisfactory.

Cons:

It is not a 4 star hotel by any means. During our stay, the water had no pressure so we couldn't get a decent shower, the tv wasn't working and the sink clogged bringing up all manner of dirt and slime. It is the only hotel we have ever stayed in where breakfast ends at 9 (they really don't want you to have it). And the food is literally inedible. The staff did not seem to care at all and were completely unimpressed no matter what you told them.
