Pros:

Really good and kind stuff, everyone were really kind and really helpful to us. Emeah and Muhhammet were really helpful. Really clean room and everyday they were cleaning our room. Big respect for everybody and the hotel is really beautiful inside and outside. Really good breakfast.

Cons:

The rule pools about the bonet really made us think about it again unfortunately. Everything else is really good.

Pros:

Nach sechs Tagen im Taksim Gonen Hotel kann ich es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Dafür gibt es viele positive Gründe: Die Lage ist erstklassig (besonders für Nacht- und Frühreisende), da die Havabus-Haltestelle nur drei Minuten entfernt ist. U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und der Taksim-Tunnel sind direkt vom Hotel aus zu erreichen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Lob und Dankeschön an Muhammad und Farahnaz, Emrah und Hakan. Und das Wichtigste kommt zum Schluss: Vom ersten Tag bis heute war alles blitzsauber. Die Lobby glänzt, und auch das Zimmer mit seinem schneeweißen Bett ist ein Traum – wie alles andere auch. Daher ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Nurten, die diese Sauberkeit jeden Tag gewährleistet. Deshalb komme ich ganz sicher wieder und empfehle das Hotel all meinen Freunden.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la place taksim
Le petit déjeuner était assez varié et certains plats changeaient chaque matin
Le rooftop est le petit plus pour le petit déjeuner
La salle de sport est bien équipée et assez spacieuse

La piscine était fermée quand nous y avons séjourné
La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était une chambre communicante donc quand nos voisins de chambre parlaient, nous entendions tout
Ils étaient fumeur donc les odeurs de cigarettes venaient dans notre chambre, je ne suis pourtant pas sensible aux odeurs de cigarettes mais là c'était dérangeant

The location was good. It was near main tourist attractions.

The staff wasn't helpful. We stayed in hotel for 4 days without ac. On complaining they didn't listen. The swimming pool was not working. They didn't provide basic things upon requesting like coffee, milk and tea.

Localização excelente , funcionários dos quartos, recepção, em geral todos simpáticos, o quarto agradável e limpo. Sempre atentos para deixar tudo em ordem, fornecem água diária.

Tínhamos 4 quartos no 4 andar e durante os 6 dias que estivemos lá, os ar condicionados não funcionavam, deziam iam ser arranjados no dia seguinte e nunca aconteceu. Isto implicava deixar as janelas abertas para evitar o calor e ter circulação de ar, como é uma zona tão céntrica, todos os dias tinha muito barulho, música, pessoas, carros... Tudo isto não permitia dormir.... Em fim foi muito chato....É incómodo.

Schönes geräumiges Stadthotel mit guter Ausstattung und gutem Preis.
Pros:

Lage an der Ecke zum Taksim-Platz, einem der Zentren von Istanbul, auch Öffis und Taxis gleich ums Eck.
Frühstück in der hauseigenen Roof-Top-Bar mit Top-Aussicht und grossem Buffett wo es auch türkische Speisen gibt.
Großer, moderner, sauberer Spa-Bereich inklusive Hamam (gratis bei Selbstbenutzung, Aufpreis für Dienstleistung).
Große klimatisiertes Zimmer mit modernem Bad mit Dusche.

Cons:

WLAN hat von sich aus nicht wie geplant funktioniert und man musste es bei der Rezeption einrichten lassen.
Der Swimmingpool war außer Betrieb, da man ein Laboranalyseergebnis abwartete.

The hotel is clean and has alot of facilities. The location is super perfect, its just like a 2 min walk to Taksim square. They serve good breakfast and their spa is super amazing.

The neighbor hood is a bit noisy and thats it. Other than that everything was outstanding!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff where exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed at the front desk. We had a beautiful room with a great view and we enjoyed the roof topp resteraunt with great food and view. The spa and sauna was also very good. The area is very lively and fun.

Because I was exhausted after traveling, I had to book directly at the reception and pay again. The next day I requested cancellation of the original booking, but the hotel did not cooperate and the full amount was charged. I hope the hotel improves coordination with booking platforms and handles such situations more fairly.”
