Pros:

Расположение супер, отличные завтраки и ресторан на крыше. Приветственная корзина фруктов в номер. Уборка каждый день. Два лифта.

Cons:

Номер стандарт окнами во внутренний двор не совсем соответствовал фото... На просьбу поменять сказали свободных нет, есть дороже

الفندق كله مافيه الا موظف اسمه (محمد )يتكلم عربي مهذب ولطيف جدا تمنيت انه هو المسؤول لانه يتعامل باحترافيه ولطف
اما الباقي كله مايصلح للاسف
الفندق مدخله صغير وغير مرئي والصعود للفطور لايناسب كبار السن او من لديه مشكله في ركبه الدرج لولبي متعب
اولا الفندق يحاول انه يكون فندق خمس نجوم وهو بعيد تماما عن ذالك
وغالي جدا جدا وسعره ماينفع مقابل خدامته !!
موقعه ماينفع ولا انصح فيه نهائي لانه قدام الترام والصوت ماراح تنام منه ابدا
والثاني الترام خطر جدا جدا وخاصه حنا غير متعودين عليه والشوارع ضيقه بشكل مزعج اللي معه اطفال لايسكن قدام الترام نهائي وانتبهو على اطفالكم
الحمام اصغر حمام شفته بحياتي واظن من كان وزنه كبير لن يستطيع الدخول وتخيلو من دون مراوح شفط !!!؟ ماعمري شفت حمام كذا وارض الحمام مافيها تصريف للمويه صار الماء يطلع للغرفه!!!
والمفارش ريحتها 🤮 ومشققه ومهي نظيفه
الفوط غير نظيفه
والغرفه اصغر شي بالعالم
وكنت حاجزه غرفه بسريرين وعطوني غرفه بسرير واحد !
والفطور اقل من عادي ومره قلت باخذ لولدي نايم فطور ورفضو !
مافيه لوبي !!!

والموظف المسؤول ان اسمه ( باران ) غير لطيف تماما وتعامله جاف وغير مبتسم ولايتعامل باحترافيه مع النزلاء ولايرقى لمنصب مدير حصلت معي مشكله ورفض يقدر ظرفي وكان يتعامل بعصبيه ونرفزه ! عصب علي كاني ساكنه مجانا وانا دافعه مرتين مهو لطيف ولامهذب
الاصنصير وقف مرتين وطفى الكهرب حقه
السياره يرفضون التكاسي توصل للفندق وصعب تسحب شناطك مسافه
طبعا الشطاف بالحمام مايعرفونه !!؟؟
بشكل عام لا انصح بالسكن فيه لانه غالي جدا وفيه ارخص وانظف واحسن

Ein rundum sehr gelungener Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Sowohl das Personal als auch die Zimmer und das Essen waren hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Sollten einmal Probleme oder Wünsche auftreten, wird sich umgehend darum gekümmert – stets engagiert, professionell und lösungsorientiert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen können.

Excellent cleanliness, great service, and a wonderful location.
النظافة ممتازة، والخدمة والموقع رائعان جداً.

Cons:

During breakfast, we ordered orange juice. There was no price tag, and the staff didn't inform us that it wasn't included. However, we were surprised that they charged us for it during check-out. To make it worse, the reception staff was very rude and had a terrible attitude when dealing with this issue.
في الفطور طلبنا عصير برتقال ولم يكن موضحاً عليه أي مبلغ ولم يبلغنا العامل بأنه مدفوع الثمن ومع ذلك تفاجأنا بطلب قيمته منا عند تسجيل الخروج. بالإضافة إلى ذلك كان تعامل موظف الاستقبال سيئاً جداً وغير احترافي في التعامل مع الموقف.

Wir würden immer wieder kommen!
Pros:

Das Seres Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Alles war hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet riesengroß und vielfältig, die Dachterrasse ein absolutes Highlight. Das Personal freundlich, Mehmmed Mohamed hat uns die Koffer bis zum Taxi, 3 Straßen weiter, getragen - äußerst zuvorkommend! Die Betten sind bequem, eventuell etwas zu kurz für 1,80 Körperlänge. Die Zimmer nett und ausreichend groß, täglicher Roomservice! Mitten in der Stadt zu wohnen, ist natürlich etwas laut, nichts für empfindliche Gemüter - für uns hat es jedoch gepasst, weil wir uns auf einen Städtetrip eingestellt haben ;) Gratis Kaffee & Tee rund um die Uhr war ein nettes Special. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen!

Super Hotel mit perfekter Lage, sehr freundlichem Personal, sauberen Zimmern und einem hervorragenden Frühstück mit toll
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Hotel verdient definitiv 10 von 10 Punkten.

Die Lage ist perfekt – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war immer unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt und alles war sehr sauber.

Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch! Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen und der Ausblick während des Frühstücks war wunderschön.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Vor unserem Fenster war ein Geräusch zu hören, vermutlich von Klimaanlagen oder anderen technischen Geräten. Anfangs ist es etwas aufgefallen, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran, sodass es unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt hat.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Seres Hotel in Istanbul. The location was outstanding, with all the major attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

The food was excellent, with a fantastic breakfast!

Staff were all polite and so incredibly helpful!

Pros:

1. Відмінне розташування.
2. Неперевершена тераса на даху, відвідування вранці - на сніданок і на заході сонця - вечеря або на коктейль, обов'язкове!
3. Сніданки - на будь-який смак, готують і яєчню, і омлет, і королівську яєчню, і глазунью (перевірено), фруктів по сезонну було вдосталь (в нас були гарбуз і суниця), смаколиків, м'ясного та сирного - гарний вибір.
3. Ірландський паб на 1-му поверсі - там саме ірландський GUINNESS!!!

Cons:

-1. Номер був - на внутрішній двір, і гул від блоків кондиціонерів буд не просто помірним жужінням, а саме літак злітає у повітря всю ніч. Мабуть краще брати - той що на прохідну вулицю, там їздить трамвайчик))), але в ночі він не їздить.

Amazing place , the staff was so genuine and kind , we instantly fell in love with Turkish tradition . We loved it so much , the room was also very clean and tidy , the cleaning woman was so kind . Regarding food I would say it was very delicious and interesting . Turkish food is the best!
