Pleasant and touristic
Pros:

The hotel was in the centre of old city Istanbul. Easy access to all the hot tourist destinations. Its like a boutique hotel. Its also easy to get from the reception to the room. The rooms were clean, i loved the fact that fresh new slippers were provided upon cleaning the room everyday. The best part of the hotel is breakfast on the roof! Great view of the bosphorus and skyline of istanbul Asia side and the Galata Tower. And great food of course! And defenitly great staff too! They were good to my children!

Cons:

Rooms and corridors & elevators, including reception, were a bit tight to walk through, although it gave the hotel its character, but having a childs strollers made it frustrating sometimes.

الخدمة والموظفون ممتازين سواء الريسبشن او المطعم حق الفطور او المنظفين للغرف ودودين سريعين بشوشين

The location was perfect, near all the historical attractions, restaurants, shops and other services. The stuff is kind. The rooftop bar / restaurant is just amazing! The hotel is perfect for first time visitors. Thank you again for a great stay! :)
