Great location walking distance to all monuments and river. Room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Buffet style great choice of hot and cold food. Coffee made fresh. Spa was good and recommend the Sultan Hammam treatment. Afternoon complementary tea and cakes was a lovely touch. All staff friendly and welcoming and could not be helpful enough, especially with booking restaurants and trips. Olive roof top restaurant in sister hotel is very good, food delicious, staff friendly, would highly recommend this restaurant.

El personal fue absolutamente maravilloso: amabilísimos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Quiero destacar especialmente al chef. Al saber que soy celíaca y necesito una alimentación estrictamente sin gluten, cada mañana me preparaba un desayuno especial para mí y él mismo se encargaba de traérmelo. Fue un detalle que agradecí muchísimo, no solo por la atención, sino también por la tranquilidad de sentir que entendían perfectamente mis necesidades.
En general, el trato de todo el equipo fue excepcional y nos hicieron sentir muy bien atendidos durante toda la estancia.

Sehr gute Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten: 10-15 min. fußläufig. Straßenbahnhaltestelle gleich ums Eck.
Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Großes stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Guter Schallschutz bei geschlossenem Fenstern. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Würde täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Gutes Frühstück. Nachmittags gab es kostenlos Tee, Kaffee, Gebäck und kleine Leckereien.
Den Spa-Bereich im Untergeschoss haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel können wir nur empfehlen.

This is a great hotel with spacious rooms with all amenities and very attentive and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of hanging space and the ensuite and the shower recess were both very large. The hotel is in an excellent location surrounded by shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and importantly it is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Sultanahmet. Or if you prefer there is a tram stop just a few metres away. The hotel is also close to the piers and jetties for ferries or trips on the Bosphorus and also close to the bridge to take you over to Karakoy and Galata on the Asian side. There was a good choice of items for breakfast. The hotel organised the transfer from the airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly, the full building is just amazing, it feels you are inside a historical place and you are transported back in time. Facilities are great and location is perfect for tourism.
Clean but some elements are a bit old, but still functional
Location was excellent-we were within one mile walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Staff was excellent helping us with directions, restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was very good.
