A must stay
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was excellent and to a high standard. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, it was first class. Our bicycles were stored securely in the ski room, perfect.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Parkplatz in der Nähe (allerdings mit 10 eur pro Tag relativ teuer), sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, Zimmer sehr groß, freundlicher Mitarbeiter am Empfang, der gut deutsch konnte, schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen, Frühstück in schönem Ambiente, Minibar, Rollläden vor den Fenstern, angeschlossenes Restaurant, Fahrräder konnten im Skiraum untergebracht werden

Cons:

Teures Parken, Treppenstufen unterschiedlich hoch, was eine Stolpergefahr darstellt, Teppichboden im Zimmer stellenweise fleckig, kaputte Bettwäsche, Lüftung im Bad defekt, Frühstück in Ordnung, bei 4 Sternen hatte ich allerdings etwas mehr Auswahl erwartet

True relax in a beautiful place
Pros:

The hotel is located in the centre of the town, so after a day on trails, when your legs ache, there is no need to climb up to your lodge. Spacious, nicely arranged breakfast area. Good and varied food. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Clean and large bathroom

Insgesamt kann ich eine 4 Sterne Vergabe nicht nachvollziehen.
Pros:

Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr fleißig.
Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig, bei der Wurst hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung sein können.

Cons:

Im Bad waren die Bodenfliesen teilweise gesprungen, die Handtuchhalter u.a. waren schief angebaut. Die Duschabtrennung hakte sich immer wieder aus bzw. schloss sich einseitig selbständig., was auf einen ebenfalls nicht fachgerechten Einbau schließen lässt.
Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht.
Im Zimmer funktionierte der Safe nicht und eine Armlehne der Couch war lose.
Die Dielen unter dem Teppichboden knarrten.

soweit in Ordnung wenn man mal von meinem Kretikpunkt absieht
Pros:

Wir waren schon dreimal in diesem Hotel.Jedes Jahr schreibe ich in der Bewertung das mein Vati auf Unterarmstützen angewiesen ist und es aber in diesem Hotel bei den Treppen ein Handlauf fehlt…Es ist fast nicht möglich sich seitlich irgendwo und irgendwie festzuhalten..Es ist sehr schade,das auf diese Tatsache nicht eingegangen wird und es so wenig Behindertengerecht ist,denn auch als gehandicapter Mensch möchte man doch einen schönen Urlaub verleben.Schade.

Sehr zentral gelegen

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit besonders im Frühstücksraum könnte verbessert werden! Auch ein klein wenig mehr Abwechslung könnte nicht schaden. Aber das ist Jammern auf relativ hohem Niveau!
