Me pareció muy abuso los 100 dolares de garantía y que te los devuelven despues los 14 dias que te retiras
Staff was very accommodating! The receptionists went and clean my room because the cleaning stuff was gone
$199 per night. You shoukd not have receptionists clean
Everything. The workers are so respectful and helpful. They have a gym, free laundry, it’s quiet, it’s one of the cleanest spots I ever stayed in. It comes with all kitchen utensils as in plates, silverware, cups, etc. I would definitely recommend. Ask for Marion if possible, I believe he is the GM but he is so helpful and made me feel comfortable soon as I walked in and I moved here out of state. Don’t be fooled anywhere else, come stay at Sonesta!
Nothing. Everything was perfect. Prices could be a little lower but price is worth it.
The location was good and the hotel staff were polite but they didn't do much to resolve the problems.
The hotel smells like weed and smoke. The a/c in the first room I stated had mold and the bathroom wasn't flushing well. The staff did not respond immediately but they moved me to another room, but there were children and maybe adults upstairs who were jumping up and down, it was hard to get work done. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience. I called the corporate office to complain as well.
Room was very clean and guest services was top notch.
El personal de la recepción siempre tuvo una sonrisa y fueron muy atentos. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia puedes preparar muy bien tu desayuno o calentar comida si deseas. Y la ubicación excelente.
The room had everything that I needed and it was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
The price could have been a little lower considering the length of my stay. Plus, the bed was a little firm for me.
Very clean, pet friendly and reasonably priced. Tamika at the front desk was very nice to talk to. In fact all the staff were wonderful. We spent 23 nights there waiting on our house to be ready.
