No water to buy
The bed was uncomfortable, the room was not that clean. No maid service unless I wanted to pay extra. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine. The worst part of my stay was that I found a cockroach in the bathroom. This was unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Roaches in room ac not very cold. Tried to check in a lil early but there was a $100 early fee
Close to the hospital
Not much of accommodation. It’s pretty basic

Staff was great. Any questions I ask they help me. Place was clean.
When I asked them a question, they had to answer.
The location was just where we needed to be.
The burners on the stove top were filthy. Kitchen items very limited and by request only. The breakfast was limited to instant oatmeal, Nutrigrain Bars and a choice of really awful blueberry or chocolate muffins. Minimal hygiene amenities. The staff is very pleasant. The room was adequate and comfortable.
Did not have the breakfast. The person at the front desk was very nice and understanding of my needs as I was exhausted from traveling and dealing with a family member in the hospital for surgery.
I can't say anything negative. My needs were met and that was important.
