Manager great to talk to other employees friendly they kept the area clean nice people.
Pros:

Was a great breakfast enjoyed it fully. The person taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job friendly enjoyable to talk to and asked if we needed anything.

Horrible management
Cons:

Manager Jose and asst mgr Dawn can not manage this community. Rude, never answer the phone, trying to impose policies that are not advertised as such, like a deposit of $50/day which he said was a Marriott policy but the listing site notes a max $150 deposit under house rules which booking.com also confirmed. Jose clearly does not want guests at this hotel and does not want/like his job. They also allow homeless people to help themselves to the free breakfast for guests. Room was not even ready on arrival date despite being reserved two weeks in advance and no apologies or accommodations made by mgmt for not being able to check in at all on the first date of the reservation. and many more issues.

Our stay was Great !!!
Pros:

The breakfast was the best Hotel breakfast I have ever had. Yuliana set up the breakfast and she was so friendly and personable. The food was delicious, coffee was also very good. Thee manager Jose was as also very friendly. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was decent for the price
Cons:

I booked a queen bed but got a double. And was not given any notice. The room could have been cleaned better. There was small trash in corners and bath was a bit dirty. And it looked like a bit of mold on bathroom ceiling . Door to the pool didn't work

It was a great location, close to many restaurants and stores. Room was great clean, spacious, plenty of room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

ok for people that dont care.

no hand soap in our room, breakfast was empty when we went at 8:30. check in at 4pm. is kind of late. carpets dirty. hot tub didn't work pool was dirty. front door was locked needed to pick up a phone to get in. little sketchy area
