ok for people that dont care.

Cons:

no hand soap in our room, breakfast was empty when we went at 8:30. check in at 4pm. is kind of late. carpets dirty. hot tub didn't work pool was dirty. front door was locked needed to pick up a phone to get in. little sketchy area

It's not horrible but not exceptional either.
Pros:

The rooms are roomy, bathroom facilities were clean and roomy.

Cons:

Beds were somewhat hard, the jacuzzi was broken, the pool was not well heated, and carpets in rooms were disgusting. They needed to be replaced or cleaned. Preferably, they should replace the carpets.

Pros:

Staff was helpful especially the check in clerk when I first of there, she helped me wirh timing my driving to an event and helped with getting things delivered to my room/ complex such as takeout and delivery options for grocery snacks.

Cons:

Check in took awhile since I went 3rd party the complex had issues, but after the mix up it was ok. The pool on the complex was out if you wanted to go swimming you had to go to their other complex across the parking lot. Also some of the bedding seemed out of date the pillows and blankets had stains on them.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Filthy.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

The room was small, dirty carpet, dirty pull-out couch, TV channels were limited, and had to kill some bugs. Room was not worth paying $162.00 for, and no swimming pool availability.

Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious, family enjoyed staying at Springhill Suites. Pool wasn't open which was what kids were looking forward to but maybe next trip.

Pros:

It was convenient but the mattress were not very comfortable. You can hear the springs every time someone moved in bed. Also need firmer pillows. Breakfast was nice!

Mediocre room for the price
Pros:

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

TV didn’t work and maintenance said they would be back to fix the TV but never returned. Overhead fan with a light had a short and came on by itself 3 times during the middle of the night. Comforter in Duvet is stiff & crunchy when you move it. Coffee maker was missing the part to insert coffee. Would love 2 luggage racks.
