Canceled my reservation without a heads up
My reservation was canceled 5 minutes after I made it. And by the time I got there, I hadn't noticed, but when I tried to check-in, I was told that the room was oversold and there was nothing that they could do. They would not refund my money and booking.com. Still hasn't refunded my money.
Close to where we needed to be.
Clean was not the word of the day.
Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Good location
They need kitchen supplies! You guys charge for everything. No hair dryers either. You’re lucky if they have one that is first come first serve.
