The GM Kim was a tyrant. Shuts down all doors but the front so she can keep you on camera. Yells at her staff openly in front of people. And the hotel is run horribly.
It was close to the hospital
It looked rundown. There was patch work on the kitchen wall that wasn’t finished. The room smelled old and musty.

Canceled my reservation without a heads up
My reservation was canceled 5 minutes after I made it. And by the time I got there, I hadn't noticed, but when I tried to check-in, I was told that the room was oversold and there was nothing that they could do. They would not refund my money and booking.com. Still hasn't refunded my money.

Clean was not the word of the day.
Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Good location
They need kitchen supplies! You guys charge for everything. No hair dryers either. You’re lucky if they have one that is first come first serve.
