Great Stay with the Best Reception Team Ever!!

What an amazing stay!! From the minute we entered the lobby we were made to feel so welcomed by Brittany at reception. I have never felt such a warm and informative reception in my 46 years of travelling around the world. This wonderful lady made you feel cared for with a personal touch. Her welcoming glow made us feel at special. I also observed her care for the other customers waiting offering them seats etc. while they waited. This hotel I highly recommend, it's perfect in every way. Excellent facilities allowing you to do anything and everything you need on a trip or holiday. The laundry area, breakfast bar, kitchenette in every room providing all the items you need to cook your meals just puts the whole holiday at ease. All the staff were friendly, helpful and amazing making you feel like an individual giving you that personal feel that they really care about their customers. On our last day the gentleman ( I didn't catch his name ) and Rebecca with their support made the end of the stay just perfect. What a relief, free car parking does make a difference. The location is perfect quiet, clean and peaceful. We will mot certainly be back.

Horrible treatment

This place is ridiculous. They have no empathy for anybody. I was here several years ago and the night time guy didn’t know how to use the credit card machine or it was not working. I had to leave to go out of town for a family emergency that’s why I was trying to pay that night. Now I come back with my boyfriend and they tell me I’m on the DNR list. Which I was unaware of. When I called years ago the manager ray told me that I didn’t have to pay he said he wrote it off or something. I tried to pay The manager Christina won’t even listen to what I have to say. I used to love this place. And now they’re gonna put me and My daughter on the streets and they’re gonna put my boyfriend on the DNR list. This is horrible treatment.they can remove me from the DNR because I work at a hotel and know they can.They just don’t want to. She’s really rude because I gave them so many good reviews and everything in the past and they don’t care

Although this was a great location and close to my relatives that live in Huntington I will not be staying here again.

This room was so dirty I went to the store and purchased Clorox wipes to clean everything. The tv remote was so encrusted with God knows what I had to call for a new one.
I know this is a pet friendly hotel, I was on the 3rd floor and it smelled like cat urine. I will never stay in this hotel again

The room smelled like cigarettes and we had to keep the windows open almost the whole time.
Pros:

Not much to like.

Cons:

The breakfast offerings were packaged chocolate and blueberry muffins. The blueberry muffin I had only had one blueberry in it. A packet of oatmeal to heat up in the microwave was also included in the breakfast offerings.
