Everyone's been so kind and helpful to us. From Neftali to Oscar, Teriana, Danielle, Margaret, Ariana, Tammy, Doug, and housekeeping if I missed anyone I’m truly sorry, my brain fog these days, but thankful for the kindness and care for me and family. The location is still great and best of the best we been down here in the Springs. The plants all over even inside are amazing and feels like home. The fish tank to water features are nice touch too, very zen. The laundry room is nice to have in house and very convenient for my family, the vending machines are always stocked and don’t use much but see it always. Clean and nice hotel is a big plus too.
The hotel is great, everything is clean, and most importantly, it feels very homey!! The management and all the staff are friendly and great!!! I would especially like to mention a girl named Terry. She is very friendly and smart, she always listens and helps!!!! Just like everyone else at this hotel!!! Thank you!!!!🤝👍🤝🤝👍

It was perfect. Hit the sweet spot regarding location, cleanliness, bed comfort and staff assist/friendliness. I really appreciated being able to check in early as I was attending a wedding. Thank you.
The bed was comfortable and a clean bathroom
The musty smell coming from the A/C unit. The carpet needs upgrading. The refrigerator door is old and outdated and froze everything even on the lowest setting. The elevator hasn’t been cleaned in months, if ever.
I don’t know where the disconnect is but I have used this location for business. The team was supposed to be aware after so long of a booking to not have any issues with cleaning or towels or needs. They did not clean for a month towels never ready or available. Called for service to things in room not working and they say they will send someone up and no one shows for a hour of waiting. Internet flows the way the room is booked so if you get charged hellacious rates to then possibly have to be recharged by the way the rekey the room. They will call you and knock hours before checkout to handle their orders despite having cards and or payment. Not pleasant to try to sleep or do anything private in your room. Constant interruptions and yet they never fix or do the services you pay for. One word unbearable.

It was clean and the lady that check us in was so helpful and nice. She is a wonderful asset to your hotel.
By the time I got to my room, showered and in bed it was after 2am. At 7am the front desk receptionist, Danielle, was loudly and repeatedly banging on my hotel room door.
My husband stumbled to the door barely awake. Danielle says, “when did you check in?!”
She was informed we had just checked in a few hours ago. She says, “oh, okay” and walked away without a word.
We got up and checked out at 7:30am.
