Nothing
The way they cancel our reservation and still had people staying there. No clear reason for them canceling our reservation.
I like the fact that it's more concealed not out in the open
The staff is very accommodating very friendly great people
My room was fine there were a couple things though like the toaster didn't work the button doesn't stay down and it seems like the next two were just the same also it's important to maybe to have a can opener in the drawers as well otherwise plenty of dishes because there is a fridge and a stove in your room so you can cook cheaper than going out I guess but back to the subject I was extremely happy oh one more thing the doors are kind of heavy kudos to the staff they run a nice place
I don't like the trash bags they're too little, the doors are too heavy for me anyways, my bathroom fan didn't work, I didn't know how to set the alarm clock didn't make sense maybe instructions would be good same with the phone everything else is fine no complaints great people
Very slow check in. People standing in line until exactly 4:00 check in. Desk doing nothing before that. Wifi is silly to log on. Cartoon matching characters not simple to log on. Lengthy and confusing process. Not sure what they are afraid of on simpler log in. Never have these problems at other hotels. Took 15 minutes for me. Yah, yah I know but I'm 77 years old. Have to go get your own towels daily. We are here for 4 days. No maid clean up. For 2 people only one glass and no coffee cups. Drank coffee from Pyrex measuring cup. Asked to have dishes brought up. Noooo you come get it!! No smoking but there were cigarette butt's at entrance????
Not a pleasant stay. Many inconveniences. Check and make sure you understand all the rules and policies before booking this place.
In a quiet location
When I went for a walk in the evening I noticed a couple ( not staying at the hotel) were doing drugs right by the street. They tried to say something to me but At that point I decided to go back and not go for a walk.
I had to clean my room when I first came in. There was sticky stuff on the counter and the floor.
Overall it was not a good stay. I was supposed to stay until Monday but I ended up checking out Sunday at 10am. Not only did I check out a full 24 hours early without any money being refunded ( that was fine) my 100 dollar refundable fee for damages was not returned. They kept 83 dollars and I had that room cleaner than when I arrived. I have tried calling and leaving messages and no one will respond to why they took that money. Then during my stay I went to get my Nike Hoodie and it was gone. I had it hanging up in the closet and then after going to run a few errands I came back went to put it on and it was gone. When I asked about it they acted like they had no idea what I was saying. Hopefully whoever took it needed it more than me.
I have stayed at many places but this was very disappointing, I have never dealt with anything like this before.
LOCATION AND PRICE. KITCHEN.
THE SOFA WAS UNCOMFORTABLE.
Miserable, Jeremy the general manager is beyond horrible. If you want to find out what a miserable nasty human being he is, check out my longer review on the hotels page. Let's just say, don't ask him to do his job or anything and God forbid you need a little compassion,
The price and the place was really nice
The $100 cash deposit, I put down for a friend. I asked the manager about it, and he said there was nothing He could do to help me because they didn't accept cash Anymore and didn't have the money to give me the money back. Thought it was kind of rude that he wouldn't even help me even though at the time I'd put the money down They did except cash. Don't know about you, but $100.00 is a lot to me.
Great staff, clean rooms, quiet location.
Great location and value
Experienced lots of noise from other residents after midnight.. lots of drug use by other renters and a man named “Squirrel” who stayed on in your parking lot and was living out of his car after his friend left the Suites..
This is a basic no frills place to stay. Every room is a simple suite. Large refrigerator, stove top and supplies. Toaster coffee pot. There is no free breakfast or pool. The rooms are large and all have a single Queen bed. It doesn't have a lobby or dining room but it is a great price. It is more on the lines of an extended stay. It seemed that there were some residents on a monthly stay. We stay here every year as our son live a short distance away. It is pet friendly and has handicap accessible rooms. This is a real bargain. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
The seat in our shower was hanging by a screw and having only queensize beds made our sleeping less than what we are used to.
I greatly appreciated the kitchenette in my suite. Saved us a ton of money eating out.
I don't mind that the furniture is worn, the carpet is very old, there were dings in the wall, caulking that was separating or that the bathtub didn't drain that well. I did mind the spiders, the dust on the bathroom shelves, the unidentified sticky substance on the coffee table, and the stains on the couch cushions. It gave a grimy feel to the room.
