The location to Red Rocks.
The place seems pretty run down. Lots of things broken in the room. I was only there for a short time to sleep after a concert but I would not recommend to family or friends. The noise from the room above me was so loud with them just walking around between 12am and 2am. I should have looked at the lower reviews first before booking.

There are bad places to stay, and then there’s Sonesta. They put poor service and filth on an entirely new level.
Let me preface this by saying , I have never in my life written a hotel review.
The bad: Where to begin? From the very unfriendly staff when you walk in, to the stains on the carpet from who knows what. I guess because it’s dog friendly, they let it stay like this year round. One major issue is this, they take your card and put a $100 hold on it. Normal right? Except they then charge you the $100 and the amount for the stay that you ALREADY pre paid for! Not kidding. That’s okay, just call them and get it fixed right? Wrong. You cannot reach the front desk via phone call. I had to file a complaint online and was eventually told via email that I would receive a refund that never came through. On top of all of that, my sheets were never changed and I never got fresh towels my entire stay. If I had to rate this place 1-10, I would give it a -100.
The Good: Colorado is a beautiful place and Red Rocks was amazing! Highly recommend seeing a show there.
Just do yourself a favor and steer clear of anything Sonesta
Staff was friendly and helpful
This is an older hotel. For a suite it was not well stocked with things you would expect from a suite offering. There were no kitchen utensils, or even a coffee maker. Given the lack of restaurants nearby having to Uber/drive for a morning cup of coffee was not a good way to start the morning.
Great facility for an extended stay! It’s really hard to find a safe and affordable extended stay facility and Sonesta is just great. Nice rooms well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. staff is just great and very accommodating. The bed is comfortable rooms are clean. The property is well maintained, and this location is very safe and super convenient to everything. Highly recommend for anyone needing to stay for a period of time and not have to spend an arm and a leg.

The issue with the refund of the amounts charged, described below, was resolved after a month. That’s why I’m changing my rating from 4.0 to 10.0. The hotel is in a great location, and I had a nice, relaxing stay.

"During my stay, the hotel charged my credit card three times with unauthorized transactions totaling 196 USD. I haven't received a refund yet—I've been waiting for two weeks. I have a very good impression of the hotel, but I will give it a high rating only after I receive my refund. I hope this happens soon. The hotel isn't responding to my emails."
The room was perfect for an extended stay and great value for the price. It had a full kitchen and comfortable bed and was very clean.
The ice maker was very slow. The staff never came by to ask if I needed anything or a room clean and the front desk people were very ambivalent.
The facility was clean, and comfortable. It was like having my own apartment for a week which helped alleviate the stress of traveling.

My room was fine there were a couple things though like the toaster didn't work the button doesn't stay down and it seems like the next two were just the same also it's important to maybe to have a can opener in the drawers as well otherwise plenty of dishes because there is a fridge and a stove in your room so you can cook cheaper than going out I guess but back to the subject I was extremely happy oh one more thing the doors are kind of heavy kudos to the staff they run a nice place
I don't like the trash bags they're too little, the doors are too heavy for me anyways, my bathroom fan didn't work, I didn't know how to set the alarm clock didn't make sense maybe instructions would be good same with the phone everything else is fine no complaints great people
Very slow check in. People standing in line until exactly 4:00 check in. Desk doing nothing before that. Wifi is silly to log on. Cartoon matching characters not simple to log on. Lengthy and confusing process. Not sure what they are afraid of on simpler log in. Never have these problems at other hotels. Took 15 minutes for me. Yah, yah I know but I'm 77 years old. Have to go get your own towels daily. We are here for 4 days. No maid clean up. For 2 people only one glass and no coffee cups. Drank coffee from Pyrex measuring cup. Asked to have dishes brought up. Noooo you come get it!! No smoking but there were cigarette butt's at entrance????
Not a pleasant stay. Many inconveniences. Check and make sure you understand all the rules and policies before booking this place.
