Pros:

The hotel was lovely + clean. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing. She upgraded us to a king room + was always very helpful. Great room + location was great. My husband+ I stayed for 4 nights pre cruise + would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Cons:

Not enough chairs or tables so U stand up for breakfast. It was packed

Para uma estadia curta na cidade

A localização é incrível, e tem o metromover (gratuito) mesmo em frente.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço era péssimo, não pela comida em si. A comida era básica (mas ok), o problema maior é que o hotel não tem capacidade para acomodar todos os hóspedes no suposto espaço do pequeno-almoço e portanto estava uma confusão e tudo sujo, para além de que só havia pratos/talheres/etc de plástico.
Acho que para um hotel de 4* destacar-se pelo pequeno almoço gratuito para todos os hóspedes é bom, mas se for para este tipo de apresentação, deveriam repensar porque acaba por dar muito aspecto.

As janelas dos quartos deveriam ser substituídas para que haja isolamento de som. Ouve-se imenso barulho para a rua.

I never have such a bad experience like this one , the staff at the front desk is sooooooooo bad , no education at all , bad faces , talking between them about clients . I feel disrespected .
You can have a great hotel and great location but your staff ruins everything! Bad bad bad

L'emplacement est très bien, les chambres confortables et propres et le personnel souriant. Le petit déjeuner pas hyper varié mais fait bien le taf !

Cons:

Le parking 50 dollars pour 24 h mauvaise surprise, heureusement qu'en face il y avait un parking à 20 dollars les 24 h

A good place to stay if you want a reasonably priced hotel to get to the Port of Miami.
Pros:

Location near places to eat and cruise port

Cons:

Situated on the 6th floor to the rear of the property, due to the window not being double glazed it was noisy. The noise from the outside fans required me to wear earplugs to sleep.
The shower in the room didn’t work and when reported on check out, the response from the staff was not helpful.
