Atendimento, vallet, e camas super confortáveis

Cons:

Acústica bem ruim, visto que o hotel é exatamente no centro, barulho é bem intenso. Ficamos no quinto andar e escutava tudo muito alto. Limpeza do hotel estava um pouco a desejar, talvez por ter muitas pessoas transitando, café da manhã bem razoável também, comemos apenas um dia, não era muito agradável.

We enjoyed the stay, it was cost effective and we were so close to the downtown
Pros:

Location was very good, very easy to reach the financial district. Our room 1001 had a very good view of the river and the lighting in the night. We had an awesome view and really enjoyed it. Close to every transportation (Miami movers) point you can think off

Cons:

The facility needs some upgrades, looks old . need to decorate the lobby with modern furniture and lighting.

It was just so/so
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

We were told the restaurant and lounge was not open and that was one of the main reasons we booked so we wouldn’t have to back out.
