The staff
The room had an bad odor that was not pleasing.
Nothing
Mainly, the entire hotel smelled strongly of sewage—the odor even seeped into my room, and it was horrible. The toilet had a leak; every time it flushed, water would spill out from the base. Even more importantly, I had paid for a "suite" featuring a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a regular bed—as shown in the photos—but that isn't the room we were given. The room we got had only one bed; there was no sofa bed at all. I am surprised that, despite being put in a smaller room, I was never refunded the price difference between the two room types.
I didn't get breakfast, and I love the location. Ideal.
I was having a little problem with my A/C unit. But the kindly wonderful young lady at the front desk, who greeted me on Friday 8/21/26, at about 6:30 or 7:00 pm, came and help me out with figuring out what was happening with it. She was great and courteous, very welcoming and professional.
Everything is good

AC works well nice welcome bag
Seems run down
The hotel was in a convenient location and appreciated you could wash your clothes for free, and free parking
The hotel needs to be renovated; carpets need to be cleaned, vents are dirty, rusted mirrors, the room upon entering had a stale/musty smell.
The location was great. If you are also looking for an apartment nearby there are a ton of options.
The gym could have been a bit better and their carpet definitely needs to be replaced.
Nothing
The smell from the renovation and cleaning was so strong - we could not stay. Because of the cancel policy we didn't get even half of our money back. Had to leave with no place to stay. Elevator was also broken.
I love that it is pet friendly, I love the price for the time and amenities. I love that it is very close to shops etc. I love that I can wash clothes for free or workout anytime and get packages delivered. One staff member, Danielle is very friendly, informative, helpful, and just a joy to be around. Although the other staff were just as polite, she seemed to go the extra mile. Housekeeping is amazing with Ms. Theresa in charge and the maintenance is a pleasure as well.
I don't like the excessive dog feces because guests are not held responsible for cleaning up after their pets. I don't like that the rules are not enforced for people constantly propping the door open. There are cameras on property that allow them to see who is doing what so it should be enforced. There was also a nasty chair in my room that was full of stains, I hate fabric furniture in publicly shared places. I covered it with a towel and kept bags in it so I didn't have to sit in it. Thankfully there was another leather chair I cleaned and was able to use
